Our rental condo is amazing. Great views of the Gulf and the Bay! Everything was clean and in good order. Check in was a breeze and the owner was always in touch. The pool was clean, pristine, and has a view of the Gulf. We look forward to returning as soon as we can.

We had a great stay at Julio's beautifully decorated beach view property. It was clean and comfortable, and all the appliances were in great working order. The bathroom looked like it was recently updated and was done very well. Overall, this is an exceptional one bedroom condo. We would definitely stay here again.

Our host, Julio, was very attentive and accommodating to our specific needs. The condominium was clean and thoughtful details were evident. My husband forgot his soap and shampoo...not to worry, thank you. The bathroom is newly tiled with new fixtures and great water pressure. There is even a wonderful view of the ocean and a quick path to the beach.
