Open living/dining/kitchen area has tile floors. Take a break from the beach and lounge by the shared pool, or enjoy a picnic on the semi-private sundeck. Multiple TVs/DVDs. Shared. laundry facilities. Just a short walk to the beach. Any reservations over 7 nights will have an additional maid fee for an additional cleaning service during the duration of your stay. Great beach place!

We enjoyed this property. So many great aspects from the ease of working with Suzanne, the location (across from beach with Ocean view, and the comfort of the condo. Would stay again when visiting SGI!

Great location!

Location is great - easy walk to the beach! Near restaurants, the cutest donut shop, and the ice cream shop! Accommodations are perfect for a small family. Of note, washer / dryer are not on the unit.

Highly recommend

We would highly recommend A Place in the Sun. The unit is clean, comfortable, well decorated and in a great location. Check in and communication with the owners was easy. Even on rainy days the place was bright and inviting. Especially enjoyed reading on the deck when the sun was out.

Great location and clean!

We enjoyed our short stay basically right on the beach. Was very convenient and so clean! The unit is actually much nicer in person than pictured!

Great Rental

The space is cozy and clean. Plenty of room for our family. You can’t beat the view and the proximity of the rental to the beach. Communication was always great with owners. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!
