New comfortable villa of 120m2, air-conditioned with individual swimming pool and jacuzzi. <br>It is located in a small hamlet in the heart of the oaks. <br>It has 4 bedrooms (including a master suite with PRM access), 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. <br>The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living room. In season, life is organised around the heated and secure swimming pool (3.5x4m) (from May to September depending on the weather!).<br>A 5-seater spa awaits you in the garden, in a pretty wooden cabin. <br>You can spend an active (canoeing, hiking) or relaxing holiday: visits to villages (Pont d'Arc valley, Barjac, Orgnac l'Aven) or historical sites (Chauvet Caves, Aven d'Orgnac, Pont d'Arc) or simply enjoy the local gastronomy and wines. <br>Many Provençal markets in the area. <br><br>Close to all amenities. <br><br>Rental only from Sunday to Sunday and stays of 7 nights minimum in July/August. <br>From September to June, possibility of short stays with a minimum of 2 nights. <br><br>Pets not allowed<br><br>Bed linen rental 20€ and towels 15€ (only for long stays)<br>Cleaning 200€ <br>These services are optional (to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival).

Villa agréable, moderne, dans un environnement très calme.

La maison est neuve, agréable et adaptée aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Terrasse ombragée agréable en période estivale. Piscine de taille modeste mais très adaptée avec de jeunes enfants. La climatisation est silencieuse. Prioritaires très réactifs à l’ensemble des éventuelles demandes.
