I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great condo and perfect location! This is my third time renting through Vacation Time of HHI and I've had a great experience. A few things to note though is that housekeeping did not leave any additional kitchen garbage bags for us to use during our stay. I would have thought that there would have been at least two or 3 extra left. Also there was nothing provided to scrub dishes and pots/pans with, some sort of scrubbing sponge should be part of the initial cleaning supplies. Also two rolls of TP are not sufficient for a weeks stay in a condo that sleeps 6 people. The King bed was also missing a mattress protector and the kitchen did not have a blender. The heated pool was nice, but the chairs could use a good cleaning, many of them were dirty and stained. Also there is limited shade at the pool and it would be nice to see a few more umbrellas added for additional shade coverage.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We found everything very nice. The pool area though did not have enough shade. People went right to the umbrellas. Only 2 palm trees at the pool as there were 2 pylons where the other 2 palm trees should have been, I have too many pool pictures of our family with pylons in them!! The 2 tables next to the pool with umbrellas were never used in the week we were there. Suggestion - more shade! A cluster of palm trees and plants at each end of the pool would make a big difference. Great holiday though.

Place is very dated and there wasn't a screen door on our deck door so the door was open to the elements. The toaster is very old and there was a bad smell coming from it the first couple of times we used it. A hair dryer in the bathroom would have been a nice touch. Overall the condo is good for a short time for two people. We enjoyed the pool and the close proximity to the beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this property is its most appealing quality--close to Sea Pines and, most importantly, on the beach. As the photo shows you look at the pool (and the ocean can be seen, albeit in a limited fashion). The condo itself is a bit dated. While you could certainly sleep six (king in the bedroom, two bunk beds in the hall, plus 2 on sleeper sofa) it would be mighty cramped (especially with only the one bathroom).Communication from the condo office could have been better (they did not respond within the VRBO app, so check your email). And it would have been nice to have an email the day of arrival with info for access without me having to reach out. It was a little stressful to arrive and not know exactly where to go.Note that for check-in you go to the green-roofed building across the street (they were very friendly).

Great location

Upon arrival everything was clean! The deck overlooked the pool. I was hesitant with the elevator being directly across from our door but we were never disturbed by it. Had I not seen it I wouldn’t have known it was in use. We could rent bikes or walk to the restaurants. The walk to the beach was short and sweet. The check in and out process was completed in 2 mins flat each time. We enjoyed our stay and didn’t encounter any issues.

2021 winter Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hilton Head is our winter getaway. Several years ago we found Vacation Time of Hilton Head and have been renting from them ever since. Michael and Jim in particular have been so helpful. We consider them more like family and we look forward to seeing them when we visit. We love our rental. If there is a problem , maintenance has always been prompt to come and fix the issue. This past year we rented an adjoining room so our family could join us for the week. We love being right on the beach, the pool is heated , the rooms are comfortable and nicely furnished. If we need an extra pot or utensil, the office has always helped us. We love coming to Hilton Head and look forward to staying here next year!

Ocean Dunes 112

First off the good. The location was on the first floor, on the beach, and very close to restaurants and grocery stores! The kitchen had new refrigerator, stove, sink, and countertop. However when we arrived at the unit we found the unit was not cleaned an had soiled linens on the beds. There was dust on the ceiling fan blades and blinds that had not been cleaned for some time. The floors were so dirty that it turned feet and socks black. The bathroom had hair and congealed substance in the shower. The bathroom was in need of a update as the shower fixtures were no longer secured and the shower drain was stopped up. Since we arrived late we contacted the management office the next morning. They said no problem they would send someone over with fresh linens. We reported the dirty unit however we asked that no one come and clean due to the risk of Covid exposure from cleaning people. However a second call had to be placed to management about the linens. Management apologized and sent someone over with new linens within a hour. Overall this could be a great unit if it was maintained well.
