Beautiful 2-room apartment of 40m2 with independent entrance in the lower part of the villa surrounded by greenery, which can accommodate up to 4 people, NEW, NON-SMOKING and AIR-CONDITIONED with all amenities :

- Sleeps: bedroom with double bed in 160 cm and sofa bed convertible into a first choice bed with real mattress also in 160 cm and wooden slats.

- Bed linen and towels included as well as bathrobes to get to the jacuzzi

- a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils for cooking, a NESPRESSO coffee machine, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer and induction hob.

- 132 cm TV with more than 200 channels by Canal + and Canal SAT and WIFI internet connection included.

- Large shower with heated towel rail, hairdryer and welcome products (shower gel and soap), as well as a washing machine for your laundry.

- Separate suspended toilet with washbasin.

- Private, pleasant and sunny outdoor area with American brand Jacuzzi with several relaxation programs consisting of 3 real seats and an elongated place.

- You will also find an aperitif lounge area on comfortable synthetic grass, an outdoor dining set with parasols, deckchairs and a gas plancha available free of charge (on request).

- 2 free parking spaces on site in the residence reserved for the apartment.

Great hosts and wonderful accomodation.

Jeremy and Jessica are very friendly and welcoming. The area is quiet. The suite is modern and clean. The outside space is spacious with lots of seating. The hot tub is large, clean, and convenient. My 17 days here were a pleasure and I recommend it.

Rugby world cup vacation

A very lovely appartment and the hosts are really nice and friendly persons. Beautyful garden and an amazing whirlpool. Traffic around it‘s very busy and no direct way to the stadion of nice. Thanks for all it was an amazing experience.

Magnifique location

Nous avons passé un sejour très agréable dans ce logement, où la propreté est impecable,la decoration est moderne et très sympa avec du matériel de qualité....sans oublier l'extérieur qui offre une magnifique vue en pleine nature ,avec un super jacuzzi....les propriétaires Jessica et Jérémy sont adorables, serviables, à l'ecoute et très disponible en cas de besoin tout en étant discret...le logement garanti une indépendance et intimité certaines ! l'emplacement géographique permet d'être rapidement à peu près partout (monaco,nice, Cannes, Italie)....bref,toutes les conditions sont réunies pour un excellent séjour ! Nous recommandons fortement cet endroit....ET,encore merci à Jessica et Jérémy et au plaisir de revenir....
