Nice modern apartment not far from town and train station, with a tiny courtyard in the back. There was a smell of cigarette smoke at first, but it went away after awhile. Cozy for one or two people. Steep stairs to loft with queen sized bed.

Tiny House in Perpignan

We enjoyed the stay in the appartment. The location is within walking distance from the train station and the city center. Still its a quiet private road and no traffic outside. Small table and chair in the backyard.
