Welcome to Sweet Perfection, a beautifully furnished villa located in the heart of the sought-after Palmetto Dunes Resort. This townhome features three oversized bedrooms and four full baths, perfect for accommodating your entire crew! The villa boasts bamboo flooring, updated bathrooms, a new kitchen, and an unbeatable location.

Living Spaces:
This end unit townhome is flooded with natural sunlight, offering beautiful morning sunrises on the oversized back decks. The open and spacious living areas feature a beautiful granite kitchen, large grill deck, big flat screen TV, full bath, dining and living areas overlooking the 12-mile lagoon. The renovated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an open dining room with bar seating, comfortably accommodating up to nine guests.

Accommodations:
The downstairs master bedroom houses a king bed, flat screen TV, private bathroom with a shower/tub, and access to the back patio. Upstairs, there are two more big bedrooms with a comfortable reading loft at the top of the stairs. Both guest bedrooms have a private bath, one featuring two queens, and the other offering three twin beds.

One of our best visits ever.

We have been coming to Hilton Head for years. The location was perfect for beach access. Rooms were spaceous and clean. We loved that beach towels were available. We would definitely stay again.

Great little getaway

The property was as described…perfect for our family! Lots of kids games available, large room for kids to stay; bunk beds and 2 full/queen sized beds. Short walk to the beach, The Dune House restaurant, and general store. We would stay here again and would definitely recommend!

Great Location within Resort Community, close to beach, golf course and resort amenities, very quiet area and nice to relax and create memories. House is fully equipped with all your needs and close to restaurants, shopping centers and local airport, some of us used Savannah International (1hour away) and other Hilton Head Island (15 minutes away).

Great location

This was our first time staying on the lagoon and we loved it. We saw lots of wildlife, anything from deer to gators to owls. Our walk to the beach was an easy one. We enjoyed the deck and the awesome shade tree that provided privacy. The path along the lagoon was a great shortcut to the general store. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great spring break!

Had a very comfortable 6 night stay at 7 Hickory Cove. Place is clean, comfortable with plenty of room for our 4 adults and two kids (8 and 10). Kids loved their room. Beautiful views off the decks of the waterway and occasional small gator! One star off for empty propane tank for the grill and high fees for the property.

We stayed at the property for almost four weeks as a change of scene for our remote work/Zoom School lifestyles and were very happy with the decision. Our three young kids were very pleased to all sleep in the same big en suite bedroom, which freed up the third bedroom for a "home" office for me and my wife. The house is a five-minute walk to the beach (and an even quicker cycle to the General Store/tennis/golf/Alexander's) so is very well-located. We'd definitely stay here again.

Great HHI Getaway

Nice property in a fantastic location in Palmetto Dunes. Older property in mature neighborhood, very well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture and beds, lots of beach chairs & towels. Walking trails around the lake connecting to the bike paths in Palmetto Dunes. Close to everything, less than a 10 minute drive to pretty much anywhere on the island. For a vacation the property was great, for a home it could use some TLC. The kitchen was so well stocked there wasn't anywhere to serve as a pantry. Laundry machines worked well. Overall a good place to be on HHI, we would stay again.

Great place to stay aside from the ants.

I would have given this place 5 stars had we not had an ant infestation and so many fruit flies within less than 24 hours of arriving (and we arrived at 9 pm)! We lost a bit of food due to the ants (unopened/sealed donuts and breads, buns, etc). Very frustrating. We did have maintenance there within an hour of calling but spraying Raid all over the kitchen didn't make us feel super comfortable since we had little kids there in the house. We continued to have ands in the kitchen throughout the whole week and we just took care of it ourselves because otherwise it would have just been more Raid sprayed all over. We kept all of our food in the fridge (including cereal, crackers, etc) after losing food that was on the counter which was also frustrating because it seemed packed and we didn't feel comfortable using the counters to put the food or drinks on. Otherwise it was a great place. Bathrooms upstairs definitely could be updated but great price for the location. I'd consider staying again in the future if the ants would be guaranteed to not be in the kitchen!

Great Location and Property but Major Oversights and Non-Disclosures

Nice location and property but: - Arrived late at night and had great difficulty finding property - poor site lighting and property identification - finally had to let my son out to walk the neighborhood to find the unit (extra 20 min when we were all tires from driving 10 hrs) - Once we found the unit we discovered that we had no parking spot because there was a large construction dumpster parked in front of the unit so we had to park in front of the dumpster and stagger around in the dark with our bags - Since it was late we decided to cook rather than try to find a place that was still open - we were very disappointed to find out that there were NO spices of any type (not even salt and pepper) and no wraps or foils or paper towels - Toilet paper was single ply garbage (we did not have time to stop that evening before we got there) that was useless - On Monday I played golf with my sons at Harbor Town and my Girlfriend was going to work from home (from the unit) until the Hispanic workers from next door fired up the radio and started jackhammering out concrete and masonry from the adjoining bathroom - she had to leave and find a quiet place to work If the adjoining unit was under construction the host had a responsibility to notify me in the original listing and tell me that we would not have parking or quiet - too many competing properties for me to have to put up with that Great location - listing failed to disclose conditions that would have caused me to pick another

Here are some points we would like to address: Difficulty Finding the Property: We understand that arriving late at night and struggling to find the property was frustrating, and we acknowledge that better site lighting and clear property identification are necessary improvements. We will pass this along to the HOA of the property community. Parking and Construction Dumpster: We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the construction dumpster blocking your parking space. This situation was unexpected, and we understand how it added unnecessary stress to your arrival. In note to this, we do not have control over neighboring property owners having work done within their own homes. Kitchen Amenities: We apologize for the lack of basic kitchen amenities, such as spices, salt and pepper, wraps, foils. There was a starter kit supplied. As in post-covid for sanitary reasons, spices and the like are not supplied for the health and wellbeing of the guest. Noise Disturbance: We are truly sorry for the disturbance caused by the construction activities in the adjoining unit. We understand how this negatively impacted your stay. It is unfortunate that we are now just hearing about this and were not informed during your stay with us. We genuinely value your feedback, as it helps us improve our services and ensure a better experience for our guests Your comments have been shared with our team to address the issues you raised and make necessary improvements.

Good with One simple recommendation

Overall good. But. My only critique was physically finding the house. When we arrived it was dark (almost pitch black) It took us an hour on arriving, from turning in to Palmetto Dunes to getting to the front door. We found it by asking the help of two security guards. We were dismayed when told by the guards that this happens every time a new family rents the place. I would highly recommend creating a neighborhood map and marking your home ‘X’ as the building to aim for. This would help rather than having a new family searching a labyrinth in the dark, risking tripping and falling (and possibly breaking a hip, if one was elderly). It’s super simple but I feel neglected for a first timer to the site. Best Shashank Mishra

Great Vacation

Our family chose Hilton Head as the destination for this year’s annual beach trip. I chose this villa for our family. Overall, our experience was great. The villa was perfect. Its size was great. Nobody felt they were in someone else’s space. Its location to the pool, beach, several restaurants, several fun activities, and so much more made this our favorite beach trip yet. My family has already asked to come back her next year. My only complaint is there were little piles of sand behind some doors. I don’t think the villa was properly cleaned before our arrival. The dryer was full of towels. I folded these towels. The washing machine was full of wet towels. I rewashed them and folded them. I didn’t go on vacation to do someone else’s laundry! In spite of these complaints, I would pick this villa again. I would just change my housekeeping company.

Great Vacation

Stayed here for a week with my family. The pictures are exactly as advertised. The property was comfortable and clean. Beds were comfortable as well. The location was perfect as well, barely needed a car the whole trip. I would highly recommend renting the bikes. There was plenty of beach towels and bath towels. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishware and pots and pans. Only 5 minute walk to the beach. My only critique would be updating the bathroom tubs and floors. The sinks are very nice but the showers do need some updating to match the rest of the condo.

One had extensive experience in second home maintenance, another had served as a customer service representative for over 1400 individuals, the third was a visionary who brought the team together, and fourth had over 30 years of real estate marketing experience for the properties now in their rental program. Together, they built a team that upholds the founding principles of the company.
