This one-story oceanfront getaway offers a living room, dining area, full hallway bath and two bedrooms, including the primary suite. Just steps to Sea Colony's half mile of private beach and oceanfront pools, this resort condominium also offers a well-equipped kitchen, including stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and a complete complement of utensils and cookware. Central air conditioning, washer and dryer and more. Accessible without stairs. 3 TVs (36' Smart TV added to living room in 2018), DVD, Wifi. Notes: This Sea Colony vacation rental features carpet in bedrooms only. Living and dining areas are tiled. primary bedroom is located on walkway.

This place is gorgeous! Cannot beat the beach view! Great proximity to everything in Bethany Beach. Stocked kitchen and comfy beds are a plus! Bathroom/furtniture/decor is a bit outdated but it did not bother us one bit !

Lovely complex. Beautiful views from the balcony. Beautiful flowers blooming. Loved the fabric on the sand walkway to the beach. A great place for all ages...kids to seniors! I hope I can visit again.

A great place to stay

We enjoyed a great "March break" getaway here. It was unseasonably warm the week we were here, so we had several wonderful days on the beach, and it was nearly deserted. Our own private beach! This home is very comfortable, had everything we needed, and has an amazing view of the ocean. We even got to watch dolphins swimming by. Cape Henlopen State Park is nearby, has a great trail system, and you can even borrow bikes (for free)!

Good relaxing location.

Good unit; not crowded in shoulder season. Needs some minor repairs (e.g. light in closet out, hooks on bathroom door broken, a few holes in screen door).

Sea Colony is perfect location

We are long time Sea Colony vacationers though has not been for 15 years. The common areas are very well maintained. Activities and amenities still cater to families and still live up to expectations. The unit we rented had a great view. The great room and dining area had updated furniture but the bedrooms and n bathrooms were not. The beds were the most squeaky and unstable. The unit needed a deep clean. The HVAC was SO noisy. We had to change unit for our second week and are much more comfortable in the unit.

A relaxing and well appointed condo.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful oceanfront condo, and it exceeded all expectations! The condo itself was sparkling clean and very well-appointed. It felt immediately inviting and comfortable. One of the things we appreciated most was the fully stocked kitchen. There were a wide variety of dishes, glasses, pitchers, utensils, tools, pots, pans, and even baking dishes. You don't need to bring a thing from home to whip up meals during your stay. The view was simply stunning! Waking up to the sound of the waves and falling asleep to the cool sea breeze was pure bliss. Another big plus was the comfort of the beds. They were firm yet comfortable, and the linens were crisp and clean. We slept soundly every night, feeling completely rejuvenated each morning. Overall, our stay at this oceanfront condo was fantastic. The combination of cleanliness, comfort, and stunning views made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable beach getaway!

Great Property, Great Location!

The property is in a prime Sea Colony high rise. Across the street from CVS for last minute items and also from a strip mall with restaurants, ice cream and bike rentals. We were immediately impressed with how clean the unit was. Beautiful panoramic views of the ocean and pool. Kitchen and baths a bit dated but, again, clean and functional. We would definitely stay here again!

All of Sea Colony at Bethany is Just what you want, lovely apartment-like accommodations with a front row to the beauty of the ocean! Good facilities and local to great activities. Only issue: the recreation passes....an additional but mandatory fee ($25) for each person above five who is traveling. Everything else was great!

Great week at Sea Colony

The property was very clean and has a stunning view of the ocean. We really enjoyed watching the sunrise every morning from the balcony. The living room is enormous and the two sofas and chair are very comfortable. Although the TV is quite small and difficult to see from the sofas. The bedrooms were roomy, the kitchen very functional, and the washer/dryer worked very well. The reserved parking space is near the end closest to the elevator which was convenient. It was also well positioned for stashing our beach chairs and boogies boards every evening instead of bringing them into the condo. Highly recommend this unit.

Nice place

Given the pandemic, I was looking for a vacation that I could drive to, without too many crowds, but still had a nice beach and pool. This place met all the criteria and I loved the view from the balcony. The wifi was spotty but otherwise, had a nice time.
