Bright and nicely appointed with all the comforts of home including full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, central air conditioning, grab bars in bathtub, 2 TVs, DVD and WiFi. OWNER PROVIDES SHEETS AND TOWELS AT NO ADDITIONAL COST!. Sea Colony is a full service resort offering 12 pools (2 indoor, plus 7 more for the kids), world ranked tennis, fitness centers with indoor pool, saunas, whirlpool, locker rooms, exercise room, indoor gym and more! Activities available for all ages including kid's night out, bingo and more. Community Shuttle (in season) and on-site security. Beautiful property

We had an excellent family trip to Bethany and stay at this Colony East condo. The views were even better than I expected, and the condo was well appointed with everything you might need. Some of the management company instructions were a bit confusing or lacked detail (such as how linens and check-in worked), but ultimately these were minor annoyances.

we arrived after 6 pm to now linens anywhere. Slept on blankets on bed. Linens were delivered the next morning after many phone calls.

Sea colony june week

The property was nice, not dirty but certainly we needed to vacum, and dishes were dirty. The water was shutoff and hot water was off also, so no hot water right away. No one told the water would not be on. But once the initial stuff tsken care place was good nice views , quiet , and comfortable. Thank you

My wife and I had a three nights stay in this very clean and comfortable condo. The ocean view was great. The facilities were very good. We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying in this unit again.

Great condo on the beach!

Great property! It was a little tight for four adults, however would be perfect for just two adults. The property is right on the beach which is awesome! And the property offers so many amenities. We will definitely be back. The only advice for the owners of the property is to upgrade the bathroom with the shower. Very outdated and the shower is tiny. Other than that, we had a great stay!!
