Notre séjour c'est très bien déroulé dans un logement lumineux bien isolé récemment remis à neuf avec toutes les prestations modernes et de qualités. Cuisine équipée avec tout le nécessaire voire plus, salles de bains impeccables avec douches et au rez-de-chaussée mise à disposition d'un lave linge et sèche linge. La literie et les fauteuils du salon sont très confortables. Le quartier pavillonnaire est calme et bien placé avec accès pédestre rapide aux commerces de proximité. Angoulême et la Charente sont également très proche à pied sinon vous avez le bus pour Angoulême qui passe devant la maison. Propriétaire très sympa. Nous recommandons sans aucune réserve.

Visite avec le propriétaire des lieux très aimable et sympathique Cette maison est exceptionnellement propre et fonctionnelle du jamais vu Bravo et enfin des matelas très confortables! Même le ventilateur est fourni et c’est une vraie chance par 38 degrés dehors Merci encore pour cette location très bien équipée avec de la vaisselle propre et de nombreux accessoires utiles😁👍 Bien entendu je recommande vivement cet endroit
