Nice studio very cozy and well equipped by the sea with south-west facing terrace. Perfect for an aperitif on the way back from the beach.

Sheets and towels provided
Quiet building at night.
Lively neighborhood during the day,
Promenade of the Corniche, recently redone, and the two parks bordering the apartment, along the sea.
Very comfortable sofa bed with Dunlopillo mattress.
Kitchenette very well equipped with everything you need to cook + a very practical dishwasher to enjoy without wasting time.
Microwave grill, hotplates, coffee maker, kettle..
Dining area inside and relaxation/aperitif area on the terrace.
Bathroom separated from the WC.
No noise requested on the terrace from 10 p.m.
