This is a large 4 bedroom corner unit, bright and spacious with beach and ocean views from almost every window. With two large bedrooms on the main floor and two more bedrooms on the second floor, there is a ton of space for you and your family or to share with another family. Just steps to one of the most beautiful, quiet and private beaches on Cayman. The bay is one of the best snorkel sites with amazing coral and families of turtles. A quick 5 minute drive to the grocery store and another 10 minutes from Georgetown and the famous Seven Mile Beach, you will love the comfort, beauty and privacy of this lovely beach front condo. A fabulous spot to vacation! The unit is professionally sanitised between each stay and new air filters replaced with every guest. Both comfort and safety are our utmost importance.

Great location, convenient to shopping and only minutes away from town. Beautiful condo with amazing ocean views from the large balcony. Lots of turtle sightings snorkeling right off the beach. Lovely vacation property.

Exceptional Beachfront Condo

Absolutely fantastic Condo with everything we could have wished for and more….we were a group of seven adult and the living space was such that everyone had space to do their own thing and come together for meals, relaxation etc……plus snorkels and masks provided ….beach and sea were perfect and loungers also provided…..would highly recommend and would not hesitate to book again…..many thanks to our perfect host. We had an amazing time in Grand Cayman and loved the condo we stayed in. It has everything. I mean everything from appliances, spices, oils, soap, toilet paper, etc. fully stocked with everything. We were blown away! Liz was fantastic. She provided recommendations and her response time was fast. She was extremely helpful. The beach is amazing. We saw turtles, stingrays, etc all from our own beach. I would highly recommend this place to anyone interested in having a great time.

Wonderful condo

Those savvy about Grand Cayman will know that Coral Bay Village sports one of the best white sand beaches in Grand Cayman. We have been going to Grand Cayman for over 40 years and it our favorite place to stay. Coral Bay is in the middle of the island so there is easy access to both West and East Ends and Cayman Kai. Liz the owner was super responsive to a few things that needed repair while we were there. She was also super responsive before our trip. #13 is huge-two bedrooms on the main floor, and a bedroom and huge loft with beds. You can't go wrong trying here.

Great Vacation Spot

The condo was what we expected and what we read in the reviews. The balcony was very nice to enjoy the morning coffee and evening drinks. The beach area is very quiet and has its own little private beach. Palm trees provide enough shade to stay out of the sun as needed. Lounge chairs were available and two other chairs were also provided. The swim gear was used by our adult children, and they saw sea turtles right in front of the condo numerous times. The condo is well stocked, and Liz was very responsive and answered all of our questions. She went out of the way to provide a cake pan and candles since we had a birthday celebration on the Sunday after arriving on Saturday and we saw that a lot of the stores are closed on Sunday. We really enjoyed the condo and location; it was away from the busy area but drivable with a car. Check out cemetery beach if you want to experience 7 mile without all of the public beach craziness and cruise drop offs. The fourth bedroom does not have a door and is in a loft area for those that may have an issue with that.

We couldn’t imagine a more perfect vacation

We have been traveling to Grand Cayman for over a decade. This property is the place to be! Well appointed and everything was in working order. So spacious and very clean. Get away from the hustle and bustle of Seven Mile Beach and enjoy your own slice of heaven. Close to everything on the island, yet secluded enough where you can be the only one on the beach! Clean and sandy entry into Spotts Bay with some of the most amazing snorkeling on the island. Almost guaranteed turtle and ray sightings right in front of the unit on a daily basis. Very safe and friendly locals. The beds were very comfortable with all the comforts of home provided. We found our place and will be back. The host, Liz was extremely accommodating and responsive. Can’t say enough other than the fact that 10 days just wasn’t enough for us. Until next year! - The Martins (NJ- US)

Great condo and owner

We loved the condo! Nice layout, beach vibe, clean, and newly updated as the pictures show. Nice large balcony too. We were a family of six, and ate in for many of our meals, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Also plenty of bath towels and beach towels for us, and good quality ones! Saw turtles a couple times while snorkeling right off Spotts beach. The owner (Liz) was by far the best I have ever rented from on VRBO. So friendly and helpful. And super responsive any time we had a question during our stay. She went out of her way to make sure we had a great stay on Grand Cayman!
