Outside school holidays, rental 3 nights minimum during the week and 2 nights minimum on weekends
No reservation possible for one night!

Spacious studio (two cabins), 31 m2..design..connected radiators. .WiFi and wired internet (your choice) FREE.....107cm flat screen TV.. including a glass wall cabin open to the living room with 140 bed, excellent 21cm thick mattress.
In the main room a sofa (“Dunlopillo” mattress 17cm.)

In the open cabin entrance with bunk beds.

West facing..

A door separates the cabin from the entrance to the living room with glass cabin allowing greater privacy.

Full sun from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. from April....the rest of the time very bright because the bay window covers the entire wall.

.Bathroom with hip bathtub and WC...hair dryer...musical connected towel dryer..

Very large balcony with table and chairs to enjoy a glass of champagne in the setting sun.

250 m from the beach and rue St Jean..Heart of town with all the shops on rue de Metz 2 minutes away on foot; but quiet street..
.Secure residence.. elevator. No parking. but a bicycle room

You can buy a card at the Town Hall (2 steps from the apartment) to park your car depending on your number of vacation days.
Free parking (list provided before your arrival)

Very well equipped kitchen area: nothing is missing.

Parfait

Très bel appartement, joliment décoré, fonctionnel. La literie est excellente, nous avons très bien dormi. Il était impeccable à notre arrivée, propreté irréprochable. Le point fort de cet appartement est incontestablement son emplacement : a moins d'une minute à pied des commerces de bouche,et du marché du Touquet, c'est l'idéal pour des vacances sans voiture. La mer est également à 5 minutes à pied, les enfants étaient ravis. Le balcon est très agréable, on y boit son café le matin avec les croissants et pain frais pris dans la rue d'à côté. Nous gardons l'adresse de cette très belle location qui permet de profiter pleinement de la ville du Touquet !

Très agréable appartement au Touquet !!!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l’appartement de Frédérique qui a été aux petits soins pour nous et a toujours été très disponible. L’appartement est idéal pour passer un bon moment au Touquet: calme, très fonctionnel, en plein centre ville et avec un grand balcon ensoleillé le soir; idéal pour l’apéritif. Nous n’en gardons que de bons souvenirs.
