The Sine Nomine is equipped with every luxury and can accommodate 6 people and a baby or toddler. A fully equipped kitchen with a full fridge and a small selection of regional wines awaits you on arrival. The eco house has 3 bedrooms + baby room, 2 bathrooms, sauna, living and dining area, mezzanine, terraces, own driveway, parking, BBQ. Bed linen, towels, bathrobe, slippers are provided.

A fantastic stay in a beautiful house in a beautiful region!

Our stay in Sine Nomine was in all aspects fantastic. The house, so nice, so clean, a full fridge at arrival… and very friendly and helpful owners. An awesome week without any suggestion to improve.

A heavenly vacation rental...

Peter and Christiane's place is right out of a fairy tale book and the overall experience was nothing short of a dream getaway. Located in the heart of the Alsacian wine region and yet nestled away in its own privacy, the location could not have been any better. It is a very well designed and equipped 3 bedroom Villa and Peter and Christiane have landscaped it beautifully. We also loved his tips on restaurants, hiking and places to visit. Peter was very prompt with communication as well. Finally, the clincher is his morning bread run which was super nice of him! Net-net - one of the best vacation we have had, thanks to this vacation rental!

Beautiful property, beautiful gardens in a beautiful location - Beautiful! After a long drive from Glasgow over 2 days - we had 10 relaxing days in which we were able visit our French family and enjoy various locations in Alsace - before moving on to Paris for 4 days. We always judge the quality of our self-catering holidays on the cleanliness of the property when we arrive - Peter and Christiane scored 10 out of 10 - it was immaculate. Many thanks to our hosts and hopefully Peter has forgiven me for taking the guest book away with me when we left - it is in the post on a next day signed delivery!.

Could not have chosen a better place to stay!!

We stayed at this house for 5 days and thoroughly enjoyed our time spent here! The owner (Peter) was absolutely dedicated to ensuring our stay was perfect. If you place an order with him the night before he will make a run every morning to a local bakery and bring back tasty breads, croissants, and pastries! Such a nice touch adding to the experience of our stay! The house is amazing, clean, very well appointed, and beds are very comfortable. There are so many different places to see and things to do from visiting all the different villages to hiking and rock climbing! We would definitely stay here again!! We did not have time to write comments in the visitor book so please feel free to place this review in the book Peter and thank you so much for all of your hospitality and sharing the beautiful space you have created!!! Lovely vacation home!!

My husband, three daughters and I had a wonderful stay in this home. The house has everything you need, the beds are extremely comfortable, the yard is beautifully landscaped, the house is clean and comfortable. When we arrived the refrigerator was stocked with food and wine which was a lifesaver after a long flight and train ride. Our host Peter was a delight. He will deliver bread and pastries every morning upon request, he was so helpful with tips for our itinerary each day and is so knowledgeable about the area and history. We really enjoyed meeting him. The home's location is perfect and the area is beautiful. We were able to visit Obernai, Colmar, Kaysersberg, Mont Saint Odile, drive on the Routes des Cretes and the Route des Vins. Hiking trails are also plentiful. We would highly recommend this home to our family and friends and look forward to returning one day.

Amazing Alsatian Retreat

Our family of four stayed at this retreat in the countryside for 4 nights and fell in love with this serene spot. Our hosts were very attentive and made sure our visit was as comfortable as possible, stocking our fridge with breakfast for the morning the night we arrived, and delivering our bread and croissant orders right to our door step each morning before we woke up. The house was extremely clean, well maintained, and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and had basically everything you needed to cook your own meal. Peter was helpful with local recommendations and could answer any question you had about the area. We enjoyed eating outside by his lovely garden and our kids loved feeding the Koi in the pond. Hands down, one of the most peaceful, quiet, non-urban places we have stayed at. We would definitely come back for a visit should the opportunity arise! Thanks again!!!!

Fabulous villa in a beautiful part of the Alsace, not far from Strasbourg

Our host Peter and Christianne were very hospitable, friendly and were always available if we needed them. Their villa which is nestled in amongst the beautiful garden was spacious, modern, very clean and well kitted out. In addition, Peter would make a "breakfast run" each morning for us for fresh bread , croissants etc, as well as providing a stock of Alsace wine at very reasonable prices. We enjoyed everything about the villa, which was very well maintained and cared for by the owners. There is good parking, a good BBQ , sun beds, an outside veranda and decking under a canopy which allows you to eat and drink in good weather without being baked by the sun. The location is in a local village, 15 minutes walk from the nearest restaurant in Klingenthal and very much on the wine route near to Boersch and Ottrot. There is plenty of room within the villa with separate bedrooms and shower rooms upstairs and downstairs. As much as we liked to get out and discover the local area and the Alsace which is stunning, we equally took the time to enjoy the villa, to relax, cook, eat, drink and lie in the sun, all of which went a long way to helping us enjoy our stay. We took the time to discuss how to get the best out of the local area and Strasbourg with Peter who was only too pleased to help and guide us with our plans, many of his suggestions that we took paid off. All in all we would recommend the villa to anyone, and we could understand why previous visitors had also scored their stay with top marks too !

Séjour mémorable !Gîte d’exception sur les contreforts du mont Sainte Odile.Décoré avec beaucoup de goût, le Sine Nomine offre tout le confort moderne. Le chalet est très bien équipé et en plus il bénéficie d’un sauna.Peter est aux petits soins pour ses locataires : panier d’accueil (vin, charcuterie, légumes, pain..,) et possibilité d’avoir du pain frais et des viennoiseries le matin.Pour résumer, le Sine Nomine est un petit coin de paradis dans un écrin de verdure.Époustouflant…

Wunderschöne Woche im Elsass

Wir (3 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) waren eine Woche in dem wunderschönen Haus mit Top-Ausstattung und verbrachten eine sehr schöne Woche dort. Vielen Dank an den Vermieter für die vielen nützlichen Tipps und das herzliche Willkommen mit gefülltem Kühlschrank. Das Haus liegt ruhig nah am Wald und man ist trotzdem schnell an der Weinstraße oder in Straßburg. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Bijzonder goed

Locatie in rustige villawijk met prachtige en ruime tuin. Zeer comfortabel, licht, gezellig en compleet uitgerust huis. Vriendelijke ontvangst met wijn en proviand in de koelkast. Eigenaars Peter en Christiane zijn bijzonder aardig en behulpzaam. Het natuurschoon in de omgeving is schitterend en de pittoreske dorpjes en steden zijn een plezier om te bezoeken.

Très belle maison dans jolie vallée

Ein wundervoller Urlaub im perfekten Ferienhaus

Wir verbrachten zu viert eine schöne Woche in dem wunderschönen und ruhig gelegenen Ferienhaus. Dieses ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts; sogar der Kühlschrank war gefüllt. Der große, liebevoll angelegte Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein, hier kann man die Seele baumeln lassen und entspannen. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir herzlich durch unseren Gastgeber Peter empfangen und auch während des ganzen Aufenthalts war er immer für uns da, gab uns viele Tipps zur Umgebung und versorgte uns morgens mit Baguettes und Croissants. Die Lage ist optimal um direkt zu Wanderungen zu starten oder mit Ausflügen die Gegend zu erkunden. Vielen Dank für die erholsame Woche! Liebe Grüße ins Elsass Renate und Gerd Bettina und René

Haus Klingenthal

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche mit der Familie in Klingenthal. In dem Haus fehlte es an nicht. Peter stand immer zur Verfügung bei Fragen oder Tipps. Bedtimmt kommen wir nochmal wieder.
