Welcome to this newly remodeled ocean view condo. Steps from the beach, it's part of St. Augustine Ocean & Racquet Resort with 2 pools on site, 5 hot tubs, 4 tennis courts, pickle ball, bocce ball court, and shuffleboard. The condo is located on the second floor of a three story building with an elevator and can comfortably accommodate up to seven guests. It has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a laundry room with washer and dryer. The master bedroom features a king size bed. The second bedroom has one trundle bed and one twin size bed. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. All rooms are equipped with flat screen TV’s. The condo provides Wi-Fi, cable TV with DVR, and a landline phone. The kitchen has been updated with granite countertop, stainless steel appliances and all the necessary amenities to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The ocean view balcony offers great views and is the perfect spot to start the day with a cup of coffee or finish it with a cocktail or glass of wine. Must be a minimum of 23 years old to check in

Nice place to stay

The grounds are nice. Good access to the beach. Clean unit with a nice view of the ocean. Would stay here again

Nice beach getaway

The property is as advertised. It is clean, updated, and has a nice view of the ocean from the balcony. It is a short walk to the beach and to the larger pool. It is quiet at night. My wife and I had a great stay. We will look to stay here again next year.

Fun with grandchildren

We loved our vacation stay in your condo. Great view , convenient to everything, and comfortable. Just dark in the hallways and I know that’s not a problem you can do anything about. We really enjoyed it and would love to go back.
