Ideally located in the countryside between land and sea, this independent cottage, situated on a private enclosed plot near the owner's house, is a former pigsty, part of a 15th-century farmhouse, and has been completely renovated to welcome you in a warm and original setting. The living area offers a kitchen bar for meals and invites you to relax in a comfortable vintage lounge bathed in a bright and soothing atmosphere. The bathroom offers moments of relaxation thanks to its whirlpool bathtub. Outside, the wooden terrace awaits you to fully enjoy your stay in this charming little cottage. The walled city of Saint-Malo is 6 km away, and the nearest beach is 7 km away.
