Beautiful Condo. Great Communication. Location is absolutely amazing. We had to cut our stay short due to the Hurricane but the Host was very responsive. Highly recommend this Condo and we most certainly plan to stay here again.

We loved being able to walk out of our deck area directly onto the pool deck! Our kids live at the pool so this was so convenient. When booking, I was worried about the noise level being right next to the pool.. but it was not bothersome at all. Great location on the beach and within walking distance of food and attractions. We could see the fireworks from our deck. We had a minor issue upon arrival and reached out to the host who immediately responded. Highly recommend this condo and would stay here again!

We had an amazing stay! The condo was perfect and had everything we needed, plus plenty of extras we didn't even realize we'd appreciate. It was exceptionally well-stocked with bathroom towels, beach towels, blankets, and additional beach and pool items that made our trip so much easier.We especially loved the convenience of being on the first floor. It made getting to and from the pool and beach quick and hassle-free.The owners were wonderful to work with and made the entire experience seamless. Communication was excellent, and they were always quick to respond to any questions, which we really appreciated.The pools were clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly uncrowded most days, which made for a very relaxing experience. The complimentary beach chairs were another great perk. Since this is a smaller property, every chair is essentially a front-row seat, so there was no need to wake up early or compete for the best spots.Overall, this condo exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again! We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and stress-free beach getaway. The combination of a beautiful property, thoughtful amenities, and attentive owners made for a truly outstanding vacation experience. 5 stars!

By far one of the best vacations! This beach condo and everything in it was superb! You can tell the property owners have thought of everything to make your stay and beach experience extra special, from the small details to the comfy beds and bed linens. Absolutely a 10 vacation!!

Perfect family location

We had a fabulous stay. The check-in process was easy and the owner was responsive. I can not express enough how convenient the location is for small children. Quick access to the beach and pool made the trips easy for the parents and grandparents. We loved it!

Great Spring Break!

We've been coming to Okaloosa and this condo for years. The remodel is fabulous. First floor location is hard to beat with super convenient access to pool and beach. A great condo for a family vacation!

The best place on Santa Rosa blvd

We’ve stayed several different condos over the years but this condo was top notch! From check in to check out, Jaretta was a text away! Very clean, comfortable and convenient. We will def be back!

Amazing!

We had a wonderful stay! Jaretta's place was spotless, beautiful, no steps to climb, and right next to the pool and moments to the beach. The beds were so comfortable too. Check-in was a breeze. Communication with Jaretta was very impressive. Would definitely stay again. Recommend highly!!

Perfect for our family.

Summer Place #106 Was the perfect choice for our family’s beach vacation.The condo is so comfortably and tastefully furnished and well stocked with essential items for cooking, etc. The white sand beach is only steps away. We loved being on the ground floor with easy access to the pools and beach walkway. The process was so easy and convenient. We hope to stay again in the future..

Family vacation

The property was very clean. I loved the decore! The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed for the week. The Owner was easy to communicate with. Great location on ground floor making easy access to pool and beach. One of my favorite things was the master shower. The water pressure was amazing! The master bed was a little firm but still slept well.
