Mini-villa for 4 people, semi-detached with another gîte, with outside a terrace with table + chairs, a plancha, a sofa + sun loungers and a private spa for 4 people. The swimming pool is shared, heated with a mountain view. Inside, there is the lounge area with a BZ sofa for 2pers and the TV. There is 1 double bed in the mezzanine and 2 wardrobes, 1 shelf, 1 safe. On the ground floor, the kitchen is fully equipped. There is a bathroom with walk-in shower, 1 toilet, 1 sink with 2-drawer cabinet. A fibre connection. Air conditioning. A parking space. The property is fully secured. There are also pets (2 cats, chickens, rabbits) who cannot enter your rental or on your terrace thanks to the various protective barriers. They have their own enclosed space if you don't want to see them free near the mini-villa.
