Le Clos de l'Olivier - Luxury Villa

Very close to Beaumes de Venise, at the Domaine Le Rioulas, this luxury villa facing SW, on a plot of hundred-year-old olive trees of 2000m2, will offer all the comfort of a recent house.

Large living room of 50 m2 with 2 large bay windows overlooking the lawn, the heated swimming pool 11x4m, the pool house with sauna & jacuzzi, the olive trees and the Alpilles.

This villa is part of the Domaine Le Rioulas which also includes Le Clos de la Borie and Le Clos des Figuiers.

The three villas are located in a privileged, calm and serene setting. Their spacious terraces offer exceptional views.

We have always worked with the same high standards of quality and attention to detail to provide our guests with the greatest comfort and allow them to spend an unforgettable holiday.

For each house we have created a different atmosphere while maintaining a high level of services.

The Clos de l'Olivier was built with the great comfort of its future guests in mind. The choice of bedding and linen has been particularly careful.

Cleaning fee 200€ & linen fee 100€.

The swimming pool is open between May and October.

During the months of July and August, rentals are only from Sunday to Sunday, 7 days minimum.

Très belle propriété récente, très bien équipée. Bas a été très disponible pour nous durant tout le séjour. L'extérieur est vraiment magnifique, on aura passé notre semaine sur la terrasse ou autour de la piscine !
