Situated on the third floor, accessible by stairs, this cozy space boasts 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, providing a comfortable retreat for your stay. Enjoy all the convenience it offers, including a spacious layout, private bath, and a full kitchen. The kitchen will come fully stocked with silverware, a coffee maker, a toaster, plates, bowls, knives, glasses, pans, and more to ensure you have all you need to feel at home. Rest well on memory foam mattresses and enjoy the smart tv. Plus, you’ll have access to amenities like the coin operated laundry facility downstairs. The entire space is included in this rental. Make yourself at home! Since there are other residents in the building, please be respectful to our neighbors.

You’ll be close to the city’s top attractions and restaurants. Whether you’re here on business or pleasure, this is the perfect place to relax and enjoy all that the city has to offer. Park on either side of the side street, there is plenty of room.

★No Smoking or Drugs ‣ Smoking on the property, of any kind will result in a $150.00 fine.

★Pet Rules ‣ No cats ‣ Dogs under 50 lbs ‣ Dogs must be house-trained ‣ Maximum of 1 dog.

★ No mail delivery ‣ Mail or package delivery to the unit is not available. ‣ We cannot be held liable for personal mail. ‣ We recommend getting a personal mailbox at the nearest UPS or Postal Annex for mail delivery.

★No unstated guests ‣ Any additional guests not stated in the reservation will incur an extra fee of $20/per night, per extra guest. ‣Visitors must vacate the property by 12 AM each night. The request will be sent through the Airbnb resolution center.

★Check-in and Check-out ‣ Standard Check-in time is 3:00 pm to 8pm ‣ Standard Check-out time is 10:00 am or earlier.

★Late Check-out available on request with 48 hr notice, subject to availability, fees below ‣ 11:00 am checkout for a $25 fee or 12:00 pm checkout for a $50 fee.

★Early Check-in Available, ‣48 Hrs notice ‣subject to availability, fees below ‣ 2:00 pm check-in for a $25 fee or 1:00 pm check-in for a $50 fee. Early check-ins do need to be confirmed and paid for in advance.
