Amazing stay!

We had a wonderful time at Jessica’s home! It is gorgeous, spacious, and cozy. It was walking distance to a fun area of town and was just a quick drive to other parts of the city that we visited. Would highly recommend this home for a group of friends or families, and we would love to go back!

Great stay

We stayed as a group of 10. Beds were comfy and the place was very charming. Neighborhood felt safe, but we had to Uber everywhere as there wasn’t much within walking distance. Jessica’s communication with us was great! We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Home!

We had 7 adults and the house accommodated our needs perfectly! The kitchen, bedrooms, living areas and game room were outstanding for group. Everything in the house was well stocked. The outdoor space is beautiful as well. The owner was readily available whenever we needed. Highly recommended!!

Fantastic find in Nashville

The Blue Bungalow was the perfect home base for our girls trip to Nashville. The house is beautiful, spacious and close to everything, yet located on a quiet street in an up and coming neighborhood. We walked to dinner in 12 South for drinks and a fabulous dinner, and Uber trips to Broadway were plentiful, quick and inexpensive. The host was so knowledgeable and gave wonderful recommendations. We would stay here again and again!

12 South Private Bungalow

We had an excellent stay in Nashville! This property was perfect for 7 adults. We had plenty of space and enjoyed having our own private bedrooms. Very comfortable. The house was one of the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in. Fantastic location! We walked to the shops and restaurants in 12 South! Such a fun neighborhood. We were a short Uber ride from the Gulch and Broadway. All in all would highly recommend and will try to stay there again on our next visit.

Beautiful home in the best Nashville location!

We were a group of gals celebrating our friend's 60th birthday. From booking the reservation to check-out, everything was absolutely perfect. Communication and check-in, check-out with our hosts were excellent! This gorgeous property is even more amazing than the pictures! The home is located in the 12th South neighborhood which was fabulous. A very short drive to everything Nashville has to offer and walkable to great shopping and fun cafes and restaurants! We will be back!

Best Property in Nashville?

This house was stunning. It provided the perfect launch and landing pad for our long weekend in Nashville for our group of 9 adults. The pictures don’t really do it justice. The space is very large and luxurious. Mattresses were very comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed for multiple brunches and a dinner. Great experience with kind and accommodating hosts. Just book it already!

College Reunion

This house comfortably accommodated a group of 6 women (originally 8 but 2 dropped out). There was ample space in the living room and kitchen areas for us to gather and chat. We were able to walk to the Gulch area shops and easily Uber to the downtown area. The kitchen was well-appointed for cooking meals however, we didn't cook. The host was very nice and made suggestions for dinner and activities. Lastly, the house is conveniently located about 8 miles from the airport.

Perfect home away from home

The house was beautiful, in the perfect location and set up so well for our family to gather for the Thanksgiving holiday and enjoy Nashville. I wished we could have stayed longer!

Great property

We had a wonderful time at this property. The owner was super friendly and attentive to our needs. The house is very spacious so no one is on top of each other. We had to uber downtown but 12 south is walking distance and that was a very fun low key area when you dont want to head to broadway all the time! Highly recommend

Girls Weekend

This property had plenty of space for our group of 9 for a girls weekend! Jessica was prompt with answering any questions we had over the course of the weekend. The house was in a great location, close to all events we had planned. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed cooking breakfast each morning! I would highly recommend this property!

Nashville Weekend

The Blue Bungalow was perfect! Five separate bedrooms was just what we were looking for our group of 5 couples. The location was in a great neighborhood that was walking distance to the shops and stores on 12 South and only minutes away from Broadway via Uber. Thanks for a great weekend stay.

Perfect for our needs. Very clean. 4 bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms..Big kitchen. Plenty of room for 4 couples, parking right next to house, close enough to Broadway. Would definitely stay there again.

As Advertised

Great owners to work worth. Had an early flight and Jessica arranged for us to drop our bags off prior to check-in while the cleaning crew was there. Without a rental car this was a big help so we could enjoy downtown Nashville sans luggage. She also let us know when crew was done for early check-in. Did a cocktail and charcuterie hour with Stephen. Drinks and food were fantastic but he was the star of the show. Always great communication from Jessica and she always made sure things were going well. House is beautiful and our party of 10 all commented plenty of room for all.

It was our 50th - it was the perfect house for us. Lots of bedrooms beds super comfy, places to visit and chat, gorgeous kitchen and fun cozy backyard. Jessica and team were so welcoming and very kind. Responded quickly if we needed anything. Great neighborhood 12 south location

Great place for a group of music loving friends

We had an amazing time at Jessica’s place. The place was spotless, well designed and large. It was a short walk to coffee shops, Gruhn guitars and a short Uber ride down to Broadway. We would definitely stay here again if we make it back to Nashville.
