Welcome to this Stunning 2B Condo located in Tower 3 with Private Terrace. Enjoy the beautiful views of the Gulf Islands National Seashore and Santa Rosa Sound. This terrace is a perfect place for your family to gather.

Each two-bedroom/2.5-bathroom Sky Home is a luxurious condo suite, offering 1,333 square feet of space, including a 170-square-foot balcony.

Every room in every Sky Home has a water view. No Sky Home sits below the fifth floor. Spacious and comfortable, each Sky Home is at least twice as wide as a typical beach condo. With private water-view balconies, each is equipped with all the conveniences you'd expect to find in a premier resort, including spacious closets with extra linens and pillows, as well as a dishwasher, washer/dryer and much more. Every room has its own full bathroom plus a half-bath for Sky Home common-area use. Each of Portofino's five Mediterranean-inspired towers features

Guests have full access to the Resort and its amenities. Complimentary use of the fitness center, 5 Hydro Clay Tennis Courts, Beaches on Gulf of Mexico and on the Santa Rosa Sound.

Good Rental

The overall quality of the rental and grounds were great. The bed in the master bedroom could have been better (there was a mattress pad on the bed that was a size to small), but otherwise everything was as expected. The location was clean and we had no issues.

AMAZING FOR A FAMILY

Amazing place to stay with a family. Room was beautiful and the on site amenities are better than anywhere we have ever stayed! Will definitely be back next year!

The floor of the condo would turn your feet black. We had to wear shoes inside. Air vents dirty.

Awsome location, stayed at the Portofino many times, never in this unit. Floors had not been cleaned in some time, sandy and dirty. They would turn your feet black, everyone had to wear shoes inside. Floors on balcony were sticky and very dirty. Counter tops were the same way and to think I was charged a 200 plus dollar cleaning fee, wow.

Great family vacation spot

Unit was nice; great location just outside of town in a beautiful complex. Enjoyed easy access to pools, ocean and bay. Resort staff was always very helpful and provided excellent customer service. Only downside to unit - was very frustrated that there were -0- beach towels. Came here to spend time relaxing with my family, not doing laundry each night so we would have clean towels for the beach/pool.
