"Terre Marine" is a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with terrace offering a magnificent view of the sea and Cape Canaille. Located in a secure residence with swimming pool/ tennis courts/ ball game/ hand court and table tennis fist. The residence is ideally located on the heights of blackcurrant, near the beach of Bestouan (1km), creeks (Port miou 3km/ Port Pin et En veau) and the port of Cassis (1.5km)
Renovated in 2022 "Terre Marine" will bring you all the comfort you want for an unforgettable stay.

Composition of the apartment:

Located on the 1st floor you will be charmed by the breathtaking view of the apartment from the terrace. Upon entering the apartment you will first discover the 2 bedrooms on your right. These 2 rooms offer a capacity of 5 beds with a room offering a double bed as well as a single bed. The 2nd bedroom offers 2 single beds. A bathroom with bath completes the sleeping area.
On your left you enter the living area with living room and open kitchen. The terrace is accessible through the living room and its large bay window with stunning sea views.

The residence offers a swimming pool, 2 tennis courts, a ball game, table tennis tables, a multi-sport court.

The apartment is fully equipped to make you feel at home: Wifi/ Washing machine/ Dishwasher / Nespresso coffee machine/ Welcome coffee capsules offered ...

The cocoonr service:

You will be greeted on site in a personalized way by a person of the Cocoonr agency who will introduce you to the accommodation, answer your questions and give you the keys.

Bed linen and towels of hotel quality (4/ 5 stars) are provided, your beds will be made upon arrival. Towels and bath mats also provided. Wifi internet access by fiber.

Ideally located on the heights of blackcurrant in order to enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and Cape Canaille. Bestouan Beach, the creeks or the port of Cassis are a 15-minute walk away.

Terre Marine Good accommodation with a 10 minute walk downhill to a great beach. 20 minute walk to the centre of Cassis. It’s not the biggest of apartments but we managed for 5 nights with five of us! Perfect for a smaller family or couple. The only thing it lacks is air conditioning and it was very warm when we stayed. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the accommodation.

Terre Marine "We had a lovely week's holiday at this apartment. The view is fantastic, and the place was clean and very pleasant. It had everything we needed. Stephanie met us on arrival, and was very friendly and helpful. The area is fabulous, lots to see and do, many places to eat or there is a supermarket 15 mins walk away if you want to self-cater. The highlight was the Callanques National Park which was stunning. We would come back. Many thanks."

Everything was clean, furniture was comfy and cozy and all electronic equipment works properly. Terras view was amazing. Cockroaches

I found cockroaches, when moving furniture for my luggage. I am NOT being FULLY refunded and I find this very disrespectful. I have a phobia, Katsaridaphobia, and they did not take this issue serious.

Terre Marine "Nous Ă©tions une famille de 5 personnes et avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour dans ce logement qui est conforme Ă  la description de l'annonce. La vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique. La rĂ©sidence est trĂšs calme et agrĂ©able. Compte tenu de la pĂ©riode nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu profiter de toutes les possibilitĂ©s qu'elle offre, et notamment de la piscine. L'appartement est fonctionnel et trĂšs lumineux. Le seul petit bĂ©mol est le canapĂ©, vraiment pas confortable lorsque la saison ne permet pas de passer la soirĂ©e dehors sur la terrasse. L'accueil de StĂ©phanie a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs sympathique. A noter qu'il y a pas mal de possibilitĂ© de transports sur Cassis mais la rĂ©sidence Ă©tant sur les hauteurs une voiture peut tout de mĂȘme ĂȘtre prĂ©fĂ©rable, Ă©galement pour visiter les environs."

Terre Marine "Familienferien im schönen Cassis. Wohnung ist in Mehrfamilienhaus ca. 20min Fussweg vom Hafen in Cassis entfernt. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist wirklich fantastisch! Es ist auch ruhig und es geht fast immer ein angenehmer Wind, da es oben in Cassis ist. Es gibt ein paar Sachen die gemacht werden mĂŒssen.! Die Toilette ist aus den 80er Jahren 
.riecht immer etwas nach Urin. Auch Wc-Ring und WC BĂŒrste kann man von Zeit zu Zeit auswechseln!!! Das Bad
.Duschvorhang oder Kabine wĂ€re das mindeste! Die KĂŒche
Dampfabzug 
kein Licht und hat seine Beste Zeit definitiv hinter sich! KĂŒche war zwar gut ausgestattet und auch Geschirr war gut und reichlich vorhanden."

Localisation idéale avec accÚs à pied pour toutes les randonnées dans les calanques de Cassis. Centre ville et port à 5mn seulement. Vue superbe sur le cap canaille via la terrasse. Agencement de l'appartement avec prestations de qualité pour des vacances sportives, bucoliques ou de farniente. Résidence équipée d'un parking, deux courts de tennis et d'une piscine pour tous. Recommandation les yeux fermés.

Terre Marine We had a lovely stay in this small apartment. The view is spectacular and it’s really quite close to Cassis downtown. Amenities in the kitchen were great and given how small the apartment is they made good use of the space. Would definitely return again.

The communication wit 🙂 Able to walk into town for dinner, free parking space just for us, no noise at nighttime, spectacular view and appreciated the soap, shower gel and the dishwasher tablets etc which made things easier. 🙁 No shower, had to have a bath or shower sitting down. The bedrooms had ants in the corners and needed a slightly more thorough clean."

TrÚs déçus

MĂ©nage inexistant Ă  notre arrivĂ©e, matĂ©riel trĂšs vĂ©tuste. Prise cassĂ©e ou non fonctionnelles, robinet complĂštement dĂ©vissĂ© dans la salle de bain, belle vue mais pour le coup ça fait mal au cƓur de payer aussi cher pour trouver un appartement dans cet Ă©tat. Heureusement notre interlocutrice de l’agence a su ĂȘtre Ă  l’écoute et rĂ©agir 
 bref beaucoup de choses sont Ă  revoir.
