We propose to you to the hiring, on the commune of Villeneuve-sur-Lot, this charming air-conditioned house of a surface of 150 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 60 m², an open plan kitchen, three nice bedrooms, a shower room and you can enjoy a garden of about 1 200 m². Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

On the ground floor :
- A 60 m² living room with TV, fireplace, rocking chair, sofa bed (double), and a dining area that can accommodate 6 guests.
- A fully equipped open kitchen: toaster, microwave oven, oven, hob, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, crockery and cutlery...
- A laundry room.

On the first floor :
- A mezzanine with library, desk and hammock.
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190), and storage space.
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (140×190) and storage space.
- A shower room with shower.

Outside :
- A beautiful unfenced garden of 1,200 m² facing south.
- A 12 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the nice days.
- A 10mx5m swimming pool.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: fan, washing machine, plancha, deckchairs, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Villeneuve-sur-Lot, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
