The kitchen is fully equipped: induction hob, microwave oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, NESPRESSO coffee maker. A dining area with a small round table and 4 chairs separates the kitchen from the living room.
The living room opens onto the balcony with 2 bay windows, it is equipped with a sofa, 2 armchairs, an OLED TV, free WIFI Internet.
A separate toilet.
A bedroom on the street side with a Queen Size bed (160cm), a private shower room with shower and basin. A wardrobe.
A second room on the courtyard side, with a view on the Negresco hotel, a double bed (140cm), a private bathroom with shower and basin, a wardrobe with mirror.
