I reached out to the guest to see what we could have done differently. Especially since the rating didn't match the comments. This is how the guest responded. From the guest: Mark, Sorry about that. I did not mean 3 stars and will change that. We loved the place and would stay there again. Thanks again for the 11am checkout. That made things a lot easier. Mark

Thank you Mark and Kim for a fantastic weekend getaway. We enjoyed the house very much! Plenty of room and well stocked for a great stay. Very easy to communicate and easy check in and out process. We were in lake placid for the Empire State winter games and it was a great distance to be able to walk to Olympic center and downtown. Definitely recommended and will be booking again for next year!

Excellent condo in LP

Our family enjoyed this condo in Lake Placid. Its location is outstanding - a short walk into town and onto the frozen mirror lake. The condo was clean and well furnished and the beds were comfortable.

We love this place

This a great home , the best location . It is sparkling clean on arrival. My only comment is the bedding could be updated especially the mattresses. We stayed for a week and they were uncomfortable

Donna, thanks for the feedback. We really appreciate it. Things the first we have had this type of issue. We are sorry that the bedding wasn’t as expected. If you want to reach out we can see what can be done to make it right for you. I believe that you mentioned that you wanted to come back next year. Mark

Best location

This is such a great neighborhood to stay . Easy walk to village. It is very roomy & lots of comfortable furniture which we needed because we were staying at the place on the coldest week of the year , the condo was very comfortable. My only thought is the dishwasher is a bit dated , May need a upgrade.
