This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse, is short walk away from the Olympic Village and 15 minute drive to the Whiteface Skiing. Renovated home has two levels. The main level features the living room with a full stone fireplace, flat screen TV, dining area, full kitchen, laundry room, and full bathroom. The upper level has the second full bathroom and bedrooms. Each room has cable TV. The patio has a gas grill and seating area and fire pit. Sleeps 8 guests.

Pets are allowed. Two pet maximum and shouldn’t be left alone in the home.

Thank you Mark and Kim for a fantastic weekend getaway. We enjoyed the house very much! Plenty of room and well stocked for a great stay. Very easy to communicate and easy check in and out process. We were in lake placid for the Empire State winter games and it was a great distance to be able to walk to Olympic center and downtown. Definitely recommended and will be booking again for next year!

Nice place to stay in Placid

We enjoyed our stay here. Great location to downtown Ithaca and for exploring the high peaks area. Place was clean and had all we need. Owner was very responsive to our questions. Would stay here again.

Comfortable clean home within walking distance to Mirror Lake and town. Great restaurants and shops close by. Owner is very responsive & quick to answer any questions. We had a great stay!

Wonderful getaway!

Our family enjoyed this condo in Lake Placid. Its location is outstanding - a short walk into town and onto the frozen mirror lake. The condo was clean and well furnished and the beds were comfortable.

This is a great property.

The property is beautiful. The decorating is so special and filled with Adirondack pieces. The place was very clean. The kitchen and the large counter space were very helpful during the trip. It’s a very short walk to the beach. My family, including my 3 year old, was easily able to walk back and forth several times a day. Mark was very kind and answered any questions that came up. I highly recommend this property.

We love this place

This a great home , the best location . It is sparkling clean on arrival. My only comment is the bedding could be updated especially the mattresses. We stayed for a week and they were uncomfortable

Condo was great, clean and as advertised. Has a little trouble with the fireplace but own was very responsive and it was quickly fixed. Set up was perfect for our 2 families of three. Walked to town.

This is such a great neighborhood to stay . Easy walk to village. It is very roomy & lots of comfortable furniture which we needed because we were staying at the place on the coldest week of the year , the condo was very comfortable. My only thought is the dishwasher is a bit dated , May need a upgrade.

Snowy Lake Placid hockey weekend

Long weekend of Hockey - loved having a beautiful and comfortable spot to hang all weekend! My family couldn't stop complimenting how awesome the spot was, walking distance to the rink and Main Street, and beautiful amenities! My son took many baths in the jetted tub!! Family winter getaway

We really enjoyed our stay here. First walking into the townhome it was very warm, inviting and very spacious. There was a nice bench in the entry way to take on and off your shoes/boots and a coat closet for our jackets. The place was very clean, well equipped and supplied with lots of towels which was great! The beds were very comfortable and very nicely decorated. The bathrooms were very clean and spacious as well. The location was perfect!! Just a very short walk to Mirror Lake and town. Being able to walk everywhere was great!! The owner Mark was a pleasure and very easy to communicate with!! We had a great time and The place was beautiful!!!
