Le agradecemos sinceramente su comentario y nos alegra saber que ha disfrutado de la tranquilidad de la zona y de las magníficas vistas al mar y a la montaña.
Lamentamos profundamente la incidencia que menciona respecto a la presencia de cucarachas. Habríamos agradecido que se comunicara durante su estancia para actuar de inmediato y aplicar un tratamiento adecuado que evitara cualquier molestia.
En cuanto a las sábanas, queremos informarle que, tal como es nuestra práctica habitual, tanto las sábanas como las toallas se cambian y se entregan limpias antes de la llegada de cada nuevo inquilino. Pero en cualquier caso, si nos lo hubiera notificado, con gusto le habríamos ofrecido un cambio inmediato. Incluso una fotografía nos habría ayudado a verificar el problema.
Esperamos, a pesar de estos inconvenientes, que haya disfrutado de su estancia y estaremos encantados de recibirle nuevamente en el futuro.
