The property is ideally located, in the immediate vicinity of the cycle paths, between the fishing village of La Cotinière, its beaches (5 minutes by bike) and Saint-Pierre d'Oléron (8 minutes by bike), the charming "capital" of the island.

The house offers a large fully fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, food processors...), extended by a large bright living room with bay windows that open onto the terrace at the front, and a shaded area at the back, ideal for barbecues.

In the first wing, master suite with Queen size bed (160x200), dressing room, large shower room and WC.

A second separate toilet (Urinal + suspended toilet) is located next to the living room and close to the other 2 bedrooms.

In the second wing, second bedroom with Queen size bed and third very large bedroom offering a Queen size bed, 2 bunk beds of 90 and a 3-seater sofa (Cinna Smala) easily convertible into a 130x230 bed. A bathroom (bathtub and double sink) is directly accessible from the 2 bedrooms.

The house is located less than 20 minutes from the best spots on the island for kite-surfing, wing-surfing, surfing, paddle, etc... Hosepipe available to rinse the equipment.

Rentals from July to September will be from Sunday to Sunday (Saturday to Saturday possible for the other months).
Minimum rental period of 4 days during the year; 7 days during school holidays.
