About Frederick Jenkins
I have lived in Jacksonville for 19 years and have worked as an emergency physician in the area since completing my residency at Shand's hospital. Why Frederick Jenkins chose South Ponte Vedra Beach
Our house is located on the northern segment of South Ponte Vedra Beach. This is a particularly desirable section of this beach because on the opposite side of A1A, the coastal highway, is Guana River State Park, which includes a large tidal estuary and a bird and wildlife preserve. Such a vast game preserve produces huge numbers of pelicans, ospreys, egrets, cranes, and wood-storks which fly over the house and feed in the ocean behind the house and the marsh in front of it. There is no commercial glare along this section of the beach. The dunes and beach are in their natural, un-replenished state. The color of the sand is a gorgeous coral hue.
What makes this House unique
The house is large (3000 sf) and new. The construction is solid poured concrete and the appliances and HVAC are brand new. As such, tenants enjoy a vacation right on the sand without having to tolerate the musty, beach-shack experience that is commonly encountered. As the photos portray, the house is elegantly appointed and gorgeously decorated.
