Adjacent to the second floor is a generous open sundeck furnished with chaise loungers and Adirondack seating, providing an inviting space for socializing. Ascending to the third floor, an enclosed tower room connected by a spiral staircase leads to the fourth floor, offering breathtaking views of the Gulf and Seaside's iconic rooftops.
