About this property

PERFECT LOCATION!!!- Newly built!!!!! modern and exclusively furnished holiday home

We offer you an individually and exclusively furnished holiday home in the tranquil climatic health resort of Hasselfelde.

The child-friendly non-smoking holiday home is spread over two floors and offers plenty of space for a pleasant stay for up to 6 people.

On the ground floor:
The lower area consists of a small entrance area, a spacious living area with sofa bed, a kitchen open to the living room and a guest toilet. A harmonious ambience and warm colors invite you to relax. The latest TV technology (large flat screen) is a matter of course.

Upstairs:
A staircase leads from the living room to the upper floor with two modern bedrooms. (Both bedrooms with 1 double bed each and in the larger bedroom there is an additional bed / couch) - one of them with satellite TV, and 1 shower room (shower cabin at ground level) with toilet.

The outdoor area:
Outside there is a partially covered terrace with furniture and barbecue, as well as an adjoining lawn and an unobstructed view of the Harz mountains and the surrounding fields and meadows.

The service:
A parking space for a car is located directly at the house. The resort has a beautiful and child-friendly playground.

Our houses are family-friendly. A free travel cot and high chair are available.

Since the holiday home is located in the middle of the Harz Mountains in the immediate vicinity of nature, there are many interesting and varied leisure activities for nature lovers and holidaymakers.

If you do not want to bring your own bed linen and / or towels, you can rent them from us and pay for them on site.
There is a one-off charge of € 8.00 per person for bed linen and a single charge of € 3.00 per person for towels (1 shower towel / 1 hand towel).

A maximum of 2 pets are allowed per house.

In consideration of subsequent guests, we only welcome house-trained dogs as welcome guests (stay only on the ground floor !!!!)who also don’t go to the sofa (except for small dogs with their own blankets) and in poor weather conditions (such as Rain or muddy weather) must be cleaned before entering the holiday home. If this is guaranteed, four-legged friends are welcome!

If you only travel with 2 people, we will only provide you with 1 bedroom. If you need 2 bedrooms, you can book this on site with a surcharge of € 5.00 per night.

Die Ausgangslage top ob wandern oder für andere Aktivitäten.Haus modern und gut ausgestattet.Irreführend finde ich die Beschreibung des Hauses, hier wird auf dem ersten Blick suggeriert das es 3 Schlafzimmer gibt, in der erweiterten Beschreibung steht dann auch nur 2 Schlafzimmer drin. Dies könnte man besser beschreiben.Ferner war das Geschirr zum Teil nicht sauber. Von den Eigentümer wurde zwar angeboten die Reingungskraft nochmals zu schicken aber wir haben es schnell selbst gemacht. Da wir am Anreisetag zum Teil noch gearbeitet haben, waren wir später da und wollten abends keine Reinigungskraft um uns rumwirbeln haben. Ein schönes Wochenende mit Licht und Schatten würde ich sagen!

Schöne Lage und gute Ausstattung, aber mit anfänglichen Sauberkeitsmängeln

Unsere Woche in der Ferienwohnung war insgesamt gemischt. Die Lage des Objekts ist wirklich hervorragend – ruhig und dennoch zentral, sodass wir die Umgebung gut erkunden konnten. Auch die Ausstattung der Wohnung ließ kaum Wünsche offen und bot alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt benötigt. Leider waren wir bei unserer Ankunft mit der Sauberkeit der Wohnung überhaupt nicht zufrieden. Da wir spät angereist sind, mussten wir die Wohnung selbst nachreinigen, um uns einigermaßen wohlzufühlen. Dies war besonders enttäuschend, da die Agentur uns in dieser Situation zunächst nicht entgegenkam. Auch auf unsere dokumentierten Mängel wurde nicht eingegangen, was einen negativen Eindruck hinterließ. Nach mehrmaligem Kontakt mit der Agentur konnten wir uns schließlich einvernehmlich einigen, und die Probleme wurden zumindest teilweise gelöst. Dennoch bleibt der bittere Nachgeschmack, dass der Service in dieser Hinsicht deutlich besser hätte sein können. Zusammenfassend ist die Wohnung zwar in einer tollen Lage und gut ausgestattet, aber die anfänglichen Sauberkeitsprobleme und die mangelnde Kundenorientierung der Agentur trübten unseren Aufenthalt.
