A Beautiful Brand New Town Home, Located in the Trendy Park Circle Area of North Charleston.

Welcome to our home! We have a brand new Two-Story Townhouse with an open concept floor plan that sleeps up to 8 people. Walk in to a living room beautifully filled with natural light and modern furniture, following into our dining area with an eat in kitchen. The kitchen has all white quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. Help yourself to coffee and tea, and our fully equipped kitchen. Located on the main level you also have a powder room and a washer and dryer to use at your leisure. Next, walk up to our second floor where you will find two large bedrooms, as well as a loft with a Queen sized memory foam sleeper sofa and large flat screen TV. Each bedroom is designed to make you feel cozy and at home, accompanied by two full bathrooms, and ample closet/storage space. We also supplied some of our favorite family games to play!

Just what we needed for a weekend trip

This place was perfect for our weekend trip for the festival. Amazing location to what we needed. Clean house. Easy access. Very spacious. Easy drive to downtown. Would defiantly come back and recommend this nice spot to anyone looking for a good chill spot.

Perfect Location and Lovely Home

The home is in a great location to downtown Charleston, Magnolia Plantation, Angel Oak and other tourist locations. All amenities we could need were provided. The home was exactly as pictured. Communications with Jordan were always easy and questions answered very quickly. Thank you Jordan!

Amazingly convenient location!

Loved it! One thing that would be an improvement is a queen bed rather than the sleep sofa in the upstairs tv room… or even a twin day bed if you want the “couch” look. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable.
