Appartement Typique Avec Patio

Located in a quiet area in the suburb, family apartment of 32 square metres completely renovated rated 2 stars by gites de France with an excellent location close to the beaches and shops less than 200 metres walk. Local owner, available and nearby who can advise you during your stay. Ideal for 2 to 4 people.
The accommodation is composed of:
- A fully equipped kitchen
- The living room has a sofa bed for 2 people 140x190 cm
- A flat screen TV and wifi
- A chest of drawers
- A bathroom with a shower and a toilet
The mezzanine is made up of:
- A bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed for 2 people as well as a wardrobe and storage shelves
- Washbasin cabinet with mirror
- Reversible air conditioning
Small details:
We provide two tea towels, a bath mat, mattress pads and pillows and duvets.
Linen is not provided. If you wish, we can provide you with
- Sheets for €15 per bed.
- Towels including 1 large, 1 small, and 1 glove for 10€ per person.
Important: On your arrival the accommodation will be clean, it will have to be returned in a correct condition. If you do not wish to do the cleaning, you can choose the "cleaning package" of 50€.
These services are by no means mandatory!
Small information about the two skylights in the upper bedroom has a sliding blackout curtain.

The location of the apartment is perfect. It is a short walk from all of Collioure but quiet at the same time.The toilet and bedroom are on different floors which means climbing stairs if you need the toilet at night.A handrail would be helpful.The apartment is cheerfully decorated.

Nous connaissions Collioure, mais pas sous l'aspect de ce petit havre de paix.A deux pas de la mer, notre séjour a été des plus agréable.L'appartement a toutes les fonctionnalités, rien ne manque. L'intérieur a été fait avec goût.Nous avons pu faire la connaissance des propriétaires qui sont très agréables et à l'écoute.Et je ne manquerai pas de dire que la literie est de très bonne qualité. Vacances à Collioure

Propriétaires accueillants et sympathiques très bel appartement jolie décoration. Petit bémol au niveau du lavabo éloigné de la douche mais cela n enlève rien à la beauté de cet appartement. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Fantástico

Apartamento 100% recomendable para visitar Cotlliure, cerca de la playa, con todo lo necesario, tiene un bonito patio al entrar, no se escuchan ruidos y los dueños han sido muy amables y atentos.

Éspace super dans la centre-ville de Collioure

Great, fully appointed studio with second level. Would also be good for a longer stay. Very close to main areas and great neighborhood. Formidable, studio complet avec une deuxième étage. C’est parfait pour un long séjour. Très proche au centre-ville et une bon quartier. Merci à Aubrey et Michael!

Appartement très confortable dans un superbe emplacement central

L'appartement est juste à côté de la mer et des restaurants, mais dans une rue très calme. Les hôtes étaient très sympathiques et disponibles pour nous aider. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour et nous reviendrons !

Super accueil, sympa et pleins de bons conseils pour le séjour. L'appartement est très bien situé pour profiter de Collioure, de la plage, des randos. Il est bien équipé, haut en couleur, le patio a été très apprécié.

Collioure, très jolie petite ville agréable .

Séjour très agréable . Patrimoine intéressant ,port animé , bonne ambiance ,climat tempéré . Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les proprietaires qui nous donné tous les renseignements utiles à notre séjour . L emplacement est parfait, tout près des commerces et de la plage mais silencieux . Le studio est très bien équipé, ustensiles de cuisine , fer à repasser , sèche-cheveux ... Dommage qu il n y ait aucune fenêtre dans tout le duplex . Seule la chambre mezzanine dispose de 2 vélux .

Très bon séjour

Nous sommes venu passer 5j à Collioure avec nos 2 enfants de 12 et 14 ans. L'appartement n'est pas très grand mais bien agencé et très bien équipé. Jolie decoration colorée egalement. L'emplacement est idéal avec le centre à proximité. Des places gratuites un peu plus loin à pied. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Une adresse à recommander au coeur de Collioure

Un super séjour dans cet appartement aux couleurs des vacances. Tout le nécessaire est présent : coin cuisine bien équipé, mezzanine et petit extérieur agréable. Idéal pour un couple. Audrey et Michaël sont très accueillants et s'occupent même de vous trouver une place de parking non payante sur Collioure : un vrai plus. Tout est à 2 pas : resto, rando, plage.

Excellent sejour à Collioure

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine à Collioure. L'appartement est décoré avec beaucoup de gout et très fonctionnel. Rien ne manque . Il est très bien situé , au calme ,proche de tous commerces . L'accueil des propriétaires a été parfait , sympathiques et serviables . Nous recommandons fortement cette location. Encore merci et sans doute à bientôt.
