About this property

Pure nature on 53 m² living space, 500 m² plot / fence south-facing slope

In the middle of a holiday village complex is our small cozy roof-only house with 53 m² of living space and a fenced plot of approx. 500 m². Since it is a dead end, there is no through traffic, only the journeys of the occupied, subsequent holiday home owners / tenants.

You can and should relax here!

Internet connection / WiFi available.
Kitchen with induction hob, cooking accessories everything available that is needed.

In the house is on the lower floor, a cozy living / dining area, the kitchen, a bathroom with toilet and shower.

You reach the bedrooms via a dovetail staircase. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, each with two beds, one of which is a little larger.

Of course, the living area has a TV and a stereo system with CD, as well as a DVD player.

From the living area you get to a sunny south-facing balcony with table and chairs,
an awning on the terrace serves as sun protection.

In front of the entrance, on a partly shaded terrace, there is a solid wooden table with 2 benches. There you can end the day wonderfully with a delicious Palatinate wine or a glass of wine.

There are also three loungers in the garden and a small swing under the balcony. Ideal for e.g. B. Watching deer, rabbits, pheasants, fireflies etc.

The house is small, but cozy and furnished with attention to detail. Numerous additives complete the vacation. Overall, our house invites you to relax and gather strength.

The optimal "occupancy number" for our holiday home is two, maximum four people.

The rental price includes: gas, water, electricity, WiFi and final cleaning.
Pet € 20.00 per stay. If required, bed linen / towels can be booked separately € 15.00 per person. These additional costs are then to be deposited in cash upon departure.

Dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, soft cloths, household rolls are provided free of charge!

Arrival and departure:
at least one week, weekends only by arrangement
Arrival on Saturdays from 3 p.m.
Departure on Saturdays by 11 a.m.

Fabulous holiday property in a great location

This great ‘ferienhaus’ was in a super location for exploring the region, both within the immediate vicinity and plenty more within a short drive. The house had everything we needed for our stay (except for bed sheets, which we were expecting but were able to source quickly and get on with enjoying our holiday). Would recommend and consider a return visit.

Fantastisch plekje

Het was heerljjk! Het huisje was schoon en van alle gemakken (behalve een waterkoker) voorzien. De tuin rondom is groot en goed omheind met altijd schaduw en zon. In de omgeving kan je eindeloos wandelen en fietsen, wel heuvel op heuvel af.

Ein sehr erholsamer, ruhiger Urlaubsort

Wir haben uns im schnuckligen, voll ausgestatteten Häuschen in Leinsweiler sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Umgebung kann man herrliche Ausflüge machen oder auch nur in der Hollywood-Schaukel unter der Terrasse zur Ruhe kommen. Wir würden sehr gerne noch einmal wieder kommen!

Ein Häuschen im Wald...

....so fühlt es sich an. Man hört nur Vogelgezwitscher, sonst nichts. Sehr schön ruhig. Wir haben alle Wanderungen vom Haus aus unternommen und das Auto nicht gebraucht. Das Häuschen ist mit allem ausgerüstet, was man braucht. Für den Hund gab es Leckerli und für den Menschen Schokolade zur Begrüßung:-)

Wir durften zwei Wochen in diesem gemütlichen Häuschen verbringen, auch waren unsere Hunde herzlich willkommen. Als wir ankamen ,war es schon eingeheizt und wir haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt .Einfach kuschelig . Auch von der Ausstattung hat es an nichts gefehlt, man merkt , das viel Liebe in diese Häuschen gesteckt wurde. Die Umgebung lädt zum wandern ein und ist hervorragend ausgeschildert, auch im Feriendorf herrscht eine angenehme Ruhe so das man seinen Urlaub wirklich genießen kann . Wir können dieses Feriendorf, insbesondere unser Häuschen jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Urlaub den wir dort gerne wieder verbringen möchten

Naturidyll und reizende Gastgeber

Wir haben das entzückende Haus der Familie Alberter in den Osterferien bewohnt. Es war gemütlich eingerichtet und bestens bestückt.Zur Begrüßung erwartete uns alle eine süße Nascherei, sogar für Dackel Max war etwas dabei. Unsere Gastfamilie ist für einen zusätzlichen Handtuchwechsel extra vorbeigekommen. Total liebe Leute, die auch mit zahlreichen Tipps für die Region aufwarten konnten. Natürlich gab es auch Infomaterial im Haus. Wir können Ausflüge nach Landau und Speyer empfehlen und die Dreiburgenwanderung. Aber auch Spaziergänge durch liebliche Wiesenlandschaften und durch den Wald lassen sich direkt vom Haus aus durchführen. Uns hat es rundum gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr gemütliches kleines Häuschen, einfach zum wohlfühlen. Sehr ruhig in einer Feriensiedlung gelegen. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Das eingezäunte Grundstück ist gerade für Hunde ideal. Vielen dank noch einmal an Fam. Alberter. Kommen bestimmt mal wieder.
