Cozy house, great neighborhood

My daughter needed to stay in Scottsdale/Phoenix area for medical treatments for 7 weeks, and this house became our home during a difficult time. Teresa, the property manager, was responsive and respectful of our requests regarding COVID-19 safety. Highly recommend!

Quiet, spacious home

This rental property was located well, with easy access, for our travels in and around Scottsdale. It is spacious and quiet. We found the kitchen to be well equipped for a few meals in. There is ample furniture to spread out with a den and living room, and a dining room and kitchen nook. The collection of knic knac's is amazing for a rental property. The property manager was responsive.

Perfectly Comfortable

This was the perfect stay-cation for me while my home was being remodeled. The house is very clean, quality furnishings, quiet, great location (short walking to a great pickleball court) and nice neighbors. Great instructions and labels! It felt like a home, not a rental. I'd definitely stay here again if the need arose.
