Tasteful decor throughout with fully stocked kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 3 living areas, 3.5 bathrooms, washer/dryer, office, fireplace, and large yard and deck for entertaining. This home also features hardwood floors, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances. We are a family friendly home and can have a high chair, pack and play, and toys available by request.

You have found your ideal balance of a quiet, private neighborhood while also having dream amenities all within walking distance including 30+ restaruants with indoor and outdoor seating, grocery stores, pharmacy, coffee shops, bars, post office, and more. Also within walking distance are three parks with playgrounds, several trails for hiking and biking, tennis center, and paved walking/running paths for getting around the idyllic town of Lake Oswego. In addition to all that is accessible by foot, you can visit multiple other popular Lake Oswego resturaunts with indoor and outdoor seating with views just a few miles away. ***Best of all, within 1 mile is the nostalgic paradise of the Lake Grove Swim Park (open summer only). We do have air conditioning and fans, but with heat rising, the upstairs bedrooms will always be warmer than the rest of the house in extreme heat. Great location and very responsive host

The house is in a nice and safe neighborhood within walking distance to supermarket, restaurants, drug store. The linens were bew, clean, fluffy, and soft. The kichen is a chef kitchen with every appliances and gadgets to make our stay comfortable . We were impressed with the wide array of cooking spices, oil, vinegar, and baking ingredients. Most of all, everything was immaculately clean. The hosts were very responsive ensuring that your stay is enjoyable

Perfect Getaway

The house was just as described. This was a perfect place for a get-together with friends. The house was well furnished, the linens were top-notch, the mattresses were high quality, and the kitchen was well stocked. Everything including the appliances, electronics and wi-fi worked perfectly. The hosts were readily available to answer questions and had a binder prepared to answer general questions and to describe highlights in the Lake Oswego area. Anyone looking for a high-end home in a fun walkable neighborhood should seriously consider this home.

Family Holiday in Lake Oswego

We had a fantastic stay at this property with our family - including three children. The communication was fantastic and it had everything we needed for our stay plus the house was a very generous size. It is close to neighbourhood walks/trails and lake Oswego too with many shops etc etc. We would definitely love to return one day soon!

Nice home, Everything we needed was there was disappointed that the master tub didn't work. Not enough hot water pressure to take a bath. The location was great. Beautiful back yard. Quiet neighborhood
