Fairfield Bay, Arkansas, located on the shores of the stunning 40,000-acre Greers Ferry Lake, is an outdoor enthusiast's dream. Swim and fish in crystal clear water, play championship golf, and hike Arkansas' only mountain island trail for breathtaking views!

The space:
This charming two-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bathroom apartment sleeps up to six people and has upper and lower balconies facing the front, as well as a back patio with a BBQ grill. A fully equipped kitchen awaits your meal planning and preparation!

Guest access:
You have access to all the amenities on-site as well as throughout the community as our guests, including the marina, a local golf course, a local gym with an indoor pool and sauna, and a lot more!

Better than the Description

The area is already beautiful but our host way undersold the property from all of the updates she has done to the amenities available on the property to guests. Be sure and spend some time by the cool pool and relax. Great place to stay and experience Fairfield Bay.

Weekend Getaway

The condo was beautifully decorated, cozy, and clean. The beds were very comfortable and I loved that the bedrooms had ceiling fans. We stocked up on groceries at a local store so we could prepare our own meals instead of dining out. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. My grandsons really enjoyed the Cool Pool and want to visit again soon. We will definitely book again!!

This condo is the best kept secret in Fairfield Bay. The décor and furnishings are excellent, very modern and comfy. The owners are second to none in taking care of you. Great, friendly communications and go out of their way to make sure your stay is perfect. Only wish we could have stayed longer. Everything about this condo is as close to perfect as you are going to get. If you are looking for a getaway in the Bay area, this is it. We will definitely return soon. Excellent property, we attended the Wagon Races in Clinton. Reasonable drive to and from the campsite in Clinton. All comforts of home. Step Saver kitchen made it so easy to cook our meals and to keep clean. Very happy to find this rental.

Weekend lake trip

We enjoyed our weekend here. The beds were comfortable, the water pressure is excellent, there is a gas station, a grocery store and a dollar general close by. The property was clean, well decorated, well stocked with plenty of parking. The facilities were excellent. There is a tennis court, swimming pool and mini golf nearby. Would definitely rent here again.

Refund of deposit hasn’t occurred

Had a lovely time June 21-24 with exception of mattress being a bit soft. Property is perfect for family of four. Unfortunately it is the 29th and deposit still has not been refunded by VRBO. Contacted owners and said they had no issues it was a VRBO holdup. This is a extremely negative review given that such time has passed and needs immediately rectified.

Feels like home

Relaxing, clean, and cozy townhouse in a quiet neighborhood. Everything you might need for a pleasant stay- washer and dryer were so nice to have available. Sitting on the porch enjoying the views was quite pleasant. Disc Golf was nearby and miniature golf too.

Cozy, well stocked condo

My family always stays in condos when we travel so we can cook our own meals. This condo had absolutely everything we needed. The owner really has thought of everything! The condo was also very clean and well decorated. The beds were very comfortable which was nice after a long day on the lake and an evening at the pool. The only slightly negative thing I have to say has more to do with the resort than this particular condo. The pool is "within walking distance" but it is on the top of a hill so anywhere you stay you will have to climb a slope to get there. We chose to drive up the hill and there was plenty of parking when we got to the pool. The top of the hill has a spectacular view of the lake and the drive literally took less than a minute so, it is worth checking out. If we plan another trip to this area, we will definitely stay at this condo!
