Perfect for a relaxing, lakeside getaway or a wintertime ski-cation with the whole family, this charming, three-story condo welcomes you to the shore of Lake Tahoe! Inside, you'll find soaring, vaulted ceilings, a living area with a flatscreen TV and comfortable furniture, a dining table for eight, and a well-equipped, galley kitchen, all warmed by a gas fireplace. Outside, you'll also find a furnished balcony where you can sip your morning coffee or just relax and socialize on lazy afternoons.

With the sparkling blue waters of Lake Tahoe just steps from your door, there will be no shortage of lake fun to be had during your stay! In the warmer months, guests can take their pick of boating, fishing, kayaking, swimming, or simply lounging in the sun. Venturing into the main drag of South Lake Tahoe will also be a treat with a wide variety of shops and local eateries. And come winter, fresh snow will be calling your name at Heavenly Mountain Resort just under two miles from home base.

Things to Know
Private, high-capacity washer/dryer.
Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 9 a.m. hours. In addition no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: Surveillance cameras are in use in the common areas only.

Dock details: Dock/pier is for sightseeing and to see the beautiful view of Lake Tahoe. No boat docking or boat tying of any kind is permitted. No fishing or diving off the dock is permitted.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

There is no deadbolt as advertised and our door was pushed in the next morning. Only a hotel latch that allows the door to open. Had to leave and find other accommodations

Over all great place.

The lodging was great. Clean and comfortable. Beds were pretty hard. If anything I would suggest toppers. Just to nit picky…….single ply TP not so good. Over all we had a great time and really enjoyed the stay.

Not the best experience

We were initially happy with the place. Upon first inspection, it seemed nice and cozy. However, it wasn’t long before one of my daughters reported rat droppings on the pillow of the bed in the loft. The next day, we noticed that only the upstairs shower ran hot water. No matter how long we ran the water on the downstairs shower, it barely got lukewarm. On the day before our departure we decided to stay in and make dinner. Well, it wasn’t long before we realized that there were no paper towels or napkins nor a sponge to wash dishes.. my daughter reported that there had been a Partial roll with not much left on the holder on the first day, but that it was used up by the following day. I called the office around 3:00 pm to request a paper towels roll and was told I was going to receive it within the hour. I waited 2 hours before calling again., but no response at any of the 3, numbers given. I left a message on “Jenny’s” (I think that was the name of the person who initially took my call) voicemail, but she never called back. An hour later I called the central number where a very courteous lady took my complain seriously and who finally contacted the local housekeeping/maintenance person. A man called and I then explained the situation and also reported the shower issue (forgot to report the droppings). He offered to come right away to check on the shower, but I declined since we were leaving the next morning anyway and we had been managing with one shower. It would just have been another inconvenience for us. It was close to 8 pm before we got our roll of paper towels. By then, we had already used toilet paper and our only kitchen towel to wipe our mouths and fingers and try to clean the kitchen counter. We could have driven to the store and bought what we needed, but being pretty cold out and us already in our pjs and out of principle refused to do so.

House Great, Vacasa experience horrible

The house was exactly as advertised. Experience with Vacasa was horrible. I received a text when I was 5 miles away from the Vacasa office that said "your room is clean and your are eligible for early checkin". We stopped what we were doing and drove to the Vacasa office. First off, in a world where everything is done online, making someone drive to your office to sign a document when all of the other forms were singed online is a horrible experience. Second, when we got there, they said "sorry that text was wrong and we can't let you sign your packet that's on our desk now, you have to come back in 2.5 hours and sign it at 4:00 at which time I give you a digital code." Can't sign it now and me text you a digital code, must come back in 2.5 hours. We sat their for about 45 min when they finally allowed us to sign paperwork and proceed to the property and wait in the parking lot until 4:00 for a digital code. It ruined our afternoon and was a horrible tone setter to our vacation. In the future, if I stayed at this place again, I would go through the hotel/reservation office on the property... Vacasa... Never again.
