Totally remodeled with a fresh bright up-north vibe. The condo features two full kitchens, five bedrooms, four bathrooms and just a short walk right to the Boyneland Chairlift. The modern bunk room is a huge hit (it has a full bed so it works for adults too) This condo is closer to the slopes than any Boyne skier parking lots. The condo is also close to the base of the mountain and a short walk to the village for guests to enjoy shopping, dining and the the abundance of additional activities available at Boyne Mountain Resort.

Located on the main floor, the master bedroom, with king size bed, also features your own private suite full bathroom. There are also two additional rooms with 2 queen beds and a detached full bath, conveniently located with the shared living area. Samsung smart TVs throughout. This home also features a washer and dryer for your convenience!

The upper upper level has two queen beds and full bathroom it's own private bathroom. Of special note, this bedroom is completely enclosed and is not an open loft like many other Disciples units, allowing greater privacy and quiet for all of your guests.

Boyne Mountain is a skier's paradise offering the best skiing and boarding in the lower peninsula. Boyne Mountain is known for an abundance of groomed runs, half-pipe, and tubing park, where experts and beginners are equally delighted as Boyne Mountain can accommodate your needs. Lessons and rentals are available for all ages at the main lodge.

Boyne Mountain also features the largest and best indoor water park in Michigan: Avalanche Bay. Whether you are searching to cool off or warm up, laugh and enjoy your vacation while you slide, splash, surf, or soak until you drop. Call Avalanche Bay for ticket pricing.

Boyne Mountain also offers plenty of dining choices located near the main lodge, just a short walk away. There is full dining at Everett`s, Erickson`s, Forty Acres Tavern, The Beachhouse at Deer Lake and the Apres Ski Pub. If you get hungry or thirsty on the slopes stop in at the Eagle’s Nest for a bite or just to warm up. Pizza and sandwiches are available in the Trophy Room or have it delivered directly to your condo. Relax with cocktails in Everett`s Bar or enjoy the nightlife at the Snowflake Lounge, Trophy Room or the many other great restaurants in Boyne City, Petoskey or Charlevoix.

Not to be forgotten, Boyne also offers ten world-class golf courses, both on-site or within 30 minutes of your next amazing vacation getaway! At Boyne Mountain you can enjoy the Monument and the Alpine. At Boyne Highlands are the Donald Ross, Arthur Hills, the Moor and Heather courses. The Bay Harbor Golf Course offers the Links, Preserve, and Quarry. All courses are open to the public. A golf shop is on site at Boyne Mountain for all of your golfing needs.

Great Location Great Sleeping Arrangements

We had a wonderful MidWinter get away with two families. The location was perfect for our kids and us to ski in and out plus enjoy Boyne atmosphere. We love full kitchen amenities along with coffee. The sleeping arrangements were what attracted us to this as adults could have own rooms away from kids!! Will be back again.

Perfect Christmas Retreat

Toms place was perfect for our group of 16. We had three families stay over Christmas, the location was perfect, walking distance to all that Boyne Mountain has to offer. House was clean and well stocked, better than most we’ve stayed at. Communication with Tom was perfect. You should definitely book this condo!!

Great Family Ski Weekend

We had an amazing weekend at Boyne. The condo was exactly as described. It was fully stocked with linens, and lots of items in the kitchen. The location was perfect for short walk to Boyneland lift and the village. Tom was awesome! He called and texted back immediately with updates before and during our stay. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Excellent stay!

Our experience with Tom (property manager) was excellent, he was very responsive and communicative. He made our stay so easy and relaxing from booking through check-out. The condo fit the needs of our large group (17 adults and children) very well. Having two separate kitchens was especially convenient. The property was in excellent condition and everything was maintained well. Towels and other amenities were provided, which was great.

Nice updates and a great stay!

This unit had everything we needed for a fun week at Boyne! We have stayed at a similar property in the past but the updates to this condo were worth the switch! The enclosed upstairs bedroom as well as the awesome sturdy bunk beds made a big difference. The owner was great and available if needed. The condo was clean and set upon arrival. Nice location and perfect spot to enjoy skiing and downtime with family and friends. We would definitely stay again!

Family celebrations

We had a wonderful weekend! The place was perfect for accommodating 2 families and friends! We all had plenty of space to spread out and gather for games and meals. Some golfed while others went to the sky bridge. We even had a shuttle pick us up at our door for a wonderful northern Michigan wine tour! It was a perfect location for everything! Thank you :)

An Excellent Choice!

The property was clean and well appointed. The owner was very nice and great to deal with. We had plenty of beds for our party of 18 and plenty of space to avoid each other if we so desired. Basic necessities were provided by the owner (cleaning supplies, soap, shampoo/conditioner, paper towels, toilet paper and even a selection of coffee). Boyne Mountain and the surrounding area has tons of things to do and see.

Best place we've stayed on Boyne Mountain!

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our group of 14! We had 5 different families yet still felt like we each had our own privacy with the amount of room we had. We have stayed in these condos on the hill for the past 6 years and this specific one has by far been the best! From the start, everything was great! Our awesome host, Tom, was amazing, he let us check in early/check out late since nobody was there before/after us, and also checked in to make sure we all got in OK. The place was super clean, updated, had tons of supplies there which made it easy for cooking, etc. and the beds were super comfy! We were just a quick walk to the lodge. Definitely will be staying again in future years! Highly recommend!

Family Vacay

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was one of the best equipped, with pretty much all the extras (kitchen gadgets, etc) you’d need. Tom, the property manager, was friendly and quick to answer any questions I had. The condo is part of a big complex in Boyne Mountain, and within walking distance of the village, restaurants, etc. The only downside of booking through VRBO is not getting some of the same “perks” we would have if we booked through the resort. (Example: we had to pay $15/day for a pool pass, but not per person, so it wasn’t terrible). Overall, we loved it and would come back!

We are a family of 4 and love to ski and snowboard. We currently live in the Grand Haven area. It's been a dream of ours to own a Disciples Ridge condo. We purchased it in Nov of 2020 and remodeled right away. We absolutely love spending time. So far so good. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

Although there are many Disciples Ridge condos we liked this one because of a few unique features. It has 5 bedrooms where many others have 4. The upper loft is closed off for privacy. The lower level in #972 is completely above ground with 8 1/2 ft ceilings so it has good light and doesn't feel like a basement. The location is great. It is the first condo off of the off Disciples Ct and is super easy to find. It's also even with base of the hill so walking to the village is very easy. It's about 240 steps to Boyneland lift. (I have counted many times). It's closer to the lift than any of the main parking lots.

What makes this property unique

Fresh and clean. Totally remodeled. Close to the village and slopes. Closed off loft upstairs for more privacy. Tall ceilings in the lower level.
