☀️ Welcome to our charming country house with breathtaking sea views over the Bay of Gigaro!
🏡 The house is quietly located in the middle of nature and in the "Mas de Gigaro" complex, just a few minutes from the most beautiful beaches of the Côte d'Azur.
✨ Enjoy breakfast with sunrise on the terrace and the evening with a glass of wine overlooking the sea.
📍 Perfect for couples, families or friends (max. 4 people)- here you can experience peace, nature & that real South of France feeling.

In the house (for max. 4 people) with 68m2 on 2 floors there are 2 bedrooms of approximately the same size, each with a double bed with single mattresses (dimensions: 2 x 90x200 cm), a bathroom with a rain shower, a separate toilet, the living room with fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, a 42 m2 terrace, as well as a garden in front of the house and below the terrace.
On the upper floor there is air conditioning for the particularly hot days and also for heating in winter. There are also 2 sun loungers at your disposal!
Free WLAN (internet access) and a free private parking space are also available to our guests!

In the complex there is a supervised pool with clubhouse and tennis courts (for a fee, but only a small fee!). The complex is very spacious and private right down to the sea.

Only 10 km from the world-famous Pampelonne Beach with beach clubs (e.g. le Club 55) and only 14 km to Saint Tropez!

On the beach of Gigaro (sea) there are several restaurants (prior reservation absolutely necessary!) and bars as well as a small SPAR supermarket with groceries for daily needs (distance from our Mas: 1 km, 20 min walk). The village of Croix-Valmer can be reached by a free shuttle service in high season!

Wonderful Gigaro stay :)

We have just returned from a week at Andreas' place in Gigaro. What a wonderful week of sunshine, swimming and relaxation. The location is great, and very close to both a pool and beach, and the area very peaceful. Would highly recommend and would love to come again!

The accomodation was very clean and we liked ist very much. Especially the sea-view.We felt very comfortable there. The house is very cosy and ideal for two people. But, in our opinion, the shrubs in front of the terrace need to be trimmed soon, because they will obstruct the view in the future. Unfortunately we had a bit of bad luck with the neighbours during the first week. They were very noisy, but after they left, everything was really lovely.It is quite a long way from the entrance gate of the community to the house. The road is very winding und bumpy. And after this, to get into the house, you have to climb a lot of stairs.But once you sit down on the terrace, you forget all that.

Schönes Haus in fantastischer Lage

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Lage des Hauses mit dem Blick über die gesamte Bucht ist wirklich außergewöhnlich. Die Wohnung ist in einem wirklich guten Zustand. Die Zuwegung vom Parkplatz zum Haus ist etwas speziell (über 60 Stufen bis zur Haustür).

Traumhafte Aussicht

Hier hält die Realität das Versprechen, das durch die Bilder gemacht wird. Schon am Morgen ist die Aussicht aus den Schlafzimmern auf das Meer und die Inseln großartig. Die Küche hat uns erlaubt, uns - nach einem Großeinkauf - selbst zu verpflegen. Man merkt auch die guten (Vor-)Mieter, welche genügend zurücklassen, so dass zunächst einmal alles vorhanden war. Der Vermieter war sowohl telefonisch als auch per Email unverzüglich erreichbar und konnte uns immer helfen.

Traumurlaub

Der Blick von dieser schönen und großen Terrasse ist wirklich wunderschön. Das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht. Die Küche ist mit 2 Kühlschränken, Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine und ausreichend Geschirr überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet. Die ganze Anlage ist ruhig und sehr gepflegt. Die Kinder hatten Spaß am großen Pool. Die Strandbars im Ort laden zum Chillen ein. Schöne Strände. Ein Ausflug nach Saint-Tropez lohnt sich, Bummeln in Port Grimaud oder Markt in La Croix Valmer. Die Gegend bietet alles für einen abwechslungsreichen Urlaub. Einfach ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen.

Tolle Unterkunft

Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und sauber. Besonders der Blick und die Terrassen sind fantastisch! Außerdem gibt es sehr viele hilfreiche Informationen vorab. Vor Ort sind alle Dinge für den Alltag vorhanden von Waschmaschine, über Spühlie bis hin zu Strandmatten. Nur die Betten könnten bei Zeiten mal mit neuen Matratzen ausgestattet werden. Ansonsten war unser Urlaub in der Unterkunft fantastisch und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber super freundlich und schnell :)

Schöner Aufenthalt in der Provence

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen, allerdings unbedingt Autan mitnehmen. Die Schlafzimmer hatten Mückengitter. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und hat einen schönen Blick auf die Bucht von Cavalaire. Die Zugänge zu dem Haus vom Parkplatz sind mühsam, insbesondere mit Einkäufen und Gepäck. Die Stufen zur Terrasse gehören dringend überarbeitet.

Le petit mas est joliment meublé et la terrasse très agréable. Le plus est évidemment la vue changeante sur la mer et les îles ( cf mon commentaire d'il y a deux ans signé Emmanuel). Un petit moins : personne pour vous accueillir et la clé est envoyée par la Poste. Je connaissais la maison, mais pour les nouveaux venus dans cette très grande résidence ? ...

Wunderschöner Ausblick

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in diesem Haus mit dem unglaublichen Ausblick. Die Anreise hat perfekt geklappt, wir hatten sogar den Freude am zweiten Tag ein Glas Rose mit dem Gastgeber zu trinken. Wir waren in der Nachsaison dort, das heißt der Parkplatz am Strand war problemlos nutzbar. Zudem hatten wir E-Bikes dabei, die wir auf dem Parkplatz unterhalb des Hauses platziert hatten, Dies funktionierte problemlos und ist als Alternative zum Auto zu empfehlen. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus sehr gern weiter - genießen Sie den Ausblick und die Stille

La Mer von Charles Trenet

...haben wir (3 Ladies Ü50) jeden Abend zum Sundowner auf der Terrasse getanzt. Kein anderer Songtitel paßt besser zu der wundervollen Aussicht! Bis auf 2 Abende haben wir immer im Haus gekocht und die Terrasse genossen, da es eigentlich keinen großartigeren Platz gibt um den Blick über das ozeanblaue Meer und die herrliche Landschaft schweifen zu lassen. Die Bestückung der Küche war für uns 3 Damen perfekt. Die Betten waren gemütlich und wir konnten sehr gut schlafen. Stille Umgebung. Aufgrund der schönen Aussicht haben wir nicht ein einziges mal das Wohnzimmer bzw. das TV Gerät genutzt. Zu wertvoll waren uns die Minuten auf der Terrasse. Eine kleine Herausforderung ist wie bereits von anderen Mietern beschrieben der Transport von schwerem Gepäck an's Haus, selbst wenn man den oberen Transportweg nutzt. Natürlich gibt es bei dem Kommentar zu berücksichtigen, daß Damen üblicherweise zu viel Gepäck dabei haben (Zwinker). Und man sollte bedenken, daß sich das Haus Mitten in der Natur befindet. Was bedeutet einige Krabbeltierchen und Eidechsen sind mit der Zeit im Haus und auf der Terrasse unterwegs gewesen. Ohne Mann an Bord war dies auch ab und an eine Herausforderung für unsere Damenreisegruppe (erneuter Zwinkerer). Bei Ankunft war allerdings alles blitzeblank gereinigt und keine Tiere unterwegs! Sehr sauber. Die genannten Herausforderungen fließen in keinster Weise negativ in die Bewertung mit ein, da wir uns mit allem arrangieren konnten und auch am letzten Abend zu La Mer von Charles Trenet getanzt und Abschiedstränchen vergossen haben. Volle 5 Sterne für eine genußvolle und erholsame Woche vergeben wir aus voller Überzeugung. Zusätzlicher Dank an den Vermieter für die wertvollen Besichtigungstipps! Port Grimaud ist ein Traum.

Satisfaction mitigée .

La maison est bien située malgré une bonne distance par rapport à la mer = il faut prendre la voiture ,on s'habitue vite . Elle a tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour . Malheureusement notre séjour a été gâché par le voisinage = nous étions dans la villa n°134 et les occupants allemands de la villa n° 136 étaient très bruyants .Nous leurs avons dit dès samedi soir, le jour de notre arrivée, de faire moins de bruit ,en vain . C'était plus calme à partir du mercredi lorsque la villa n°135 a été occupée par une famille allemande très discrète, elle . Nous avons échangé par mail à notre retour avec la propriétaire sur cette situation = elle nous a répondu que le problème était connu et perdurait depuis 30 ans ! Aucune allusion n'est faite dans l'annonce de cette location sur ce problème, évidemment . A l'avenir nous serons beaucoup plus exigeant sur les sites que nous consulterons pour réserver une location . Nous sélectionnerons ceux qui nous apporterons toutes les garanties nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour . Cordialement,
