Beautifully updated Extra Large 1 Bedroom Mountain Retreat in the Zephyr Mountain Lodge at the base of Winter Park Resort in Winter Park, CO. One of the few major ski resorts that are actually ski in and ski out. Just grab your equipment from the private ski locker and hop onto the gondola. Amazing views of the slopes of Winter Park Resort, Gondola, and village from the living room and bedroom and from the private deck. 1BR/1BA with pullout couch; unit sleeps 4.
The upgrades include new flooring, quartz countertops, fireplace surround, and lighting. Bathroom remodeled with new vanity, mirror, lighting and fixtures.
Grab your skis/snowboards from the private ski locker and walk just steps to the Gondola or spend the day relaxing in the condo next to the fireplace while watching the skiers/snowboarders cruise down Hughes or board the Gondola.
Come in for apres-ski on your own private deck overlooking the slopes and village. Prepare your own meals in the well equipped kitchen with Keurig coffee maker or walk to the restaurants at the base. There are also many other dining options and shopping in downtown Winter Park and surrounding areas. Gated, underground heated parking for one vehicle, pay-to-park. Multiple hot tubs, fitness room and equipment locker.

Great Stay

This unit is one of the nicest VRBOs we’ve stayed in. Beautiful views, well equipped, and conveniently located. Will definitely book this unit again.

Excellent Location

Pros: Cant get any closer to the gondola. Ski locker easy to access. Kitchen included Keureg and traditional drip coffee maker along with a lot of items like olive oil, salt & pepper, ziploc bags that have been left by other renters over time. Extras like humidifier and blankets for comfort. Cons: The property has two small hot tubs - neither of which had working jets when we stayed. Parking garage is available but it is pay to park and very tight when parking a large SUV. Tiny little “motel” hair dryer & limited toiletries.

Can’t wait to come back!

This room was better than we imagined! I almost don’t want to leave a positive review because we want to book it ourselves over and over! We even asked the owner if the unit was for sale! Literally the best view of the slopes and mountain! Short walking distance to the Gondola. We booked very last minute and we had no trouble at all! Cannot wait to come back!

New Year Family Trip

We had the best week staying in this condo. Andrea was quick to respond to our questions and easy to work with. She had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfy and we had plenty of storage for our family of 4. It was so nice to be so close to the slopes and have storage for our skis each day. We will definitely be back!

We love Winter Park! We have been coming to Winter Park since the 90's and bought a condo in the Zephyr Mountain Lodge in 2008. We currently own 3 units that we rent through VRBO. We are from the Midwest and get to CO every chance we can. Our kids went through the ski and ride program and also dropped in with the Alpine ski team every chance they got! WP is a great family resort with amazing terrain and so close to Denver International.

Why they chose this property

This extra large one bedroom condo was remodeled in 2021 with new flooring, fresh paint, quart countertops, new decor, bed and furniture. The bathroom was also updated with a new vanity, mirror and lighting throughout. We added a barn wood fireplace surround and a bar seating area. The unit faces the Gondola, slope and village so you can enjoy people watching from the living room, bedroom and private deck.

What makes this property unique

The benefits of staying here are the amazing slope, gondola and village views along with the roomy feel of the larger one bedroom unit. The newly upgraded condo gives you a rustic mountain experience you are sure to remember!
