Our wonderful, modern furnished luxury penthouse apartment (largest apartment in the house) is located on the fourth floor of the newly built house "lighthouse" in Strandpark Großenbrode. The optimal location overlooking the sea and the luxurious furnishing style gives the apartment a special charm.
The fine sandy beach is almost directly in front of the door and reached in a few steps.
Our beautiful apartment has a spacious living-dining room, two bedrooms - each equipped with a double bed and a TV - a storage room, a bathroom with shower, toilet, whirlpool and sauna for beautiful hours and a guest bathroom.
In our storage room are various items such. B. Fireplace fans that you can use too.
A highlight are the two beautiful roof terraces, one with beach chair. Both offer you a truly fantastic view of the sea.
Enjoy the gentle sea air and the warm sun rays in the evening in our beach chair on the terrace or on the three deckchairs.
After a nice bike ride on the Baltic Sea Cycle Route, you can park your bikes (own or rented) in our storage room in the bicycle house.
Our beach chair on the beach is available free of charge from April to September / October every year.

The apartment is located in the 4th. Upstairs. A roof terrace is facing south, the other west facing.

Wir waren von der Wohnung sehr begeistert. Davon abgesehen, das diese sehr sauber war, fehlte uns auch nichts in der Ausstattung. Das Bett war für uns sehr angenehm.Der Wohnbereich mit dem Sofa auch schön groß und bequem. Und vor allem in der Küche fehlte uns wirklich gar nichts. Von vernünftigen Töpfen, über genügend Besteck und Teller,waren auch eine große Auswahl an Gläsern und Bechern vorhanden. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist einfach traumhaft. Von uns eine Top Empfehlung.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, werden wir gern wieder buchen. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Ausstattung, die 2 großen Terrassen und die hervorragende Lage der Ferienwohnung. Es wäre schön, wenn man beim nächsten Mal einen Zweitschlüssel für die FeWo bekommen könnte.

Eine Ferienwohnung für jede Jahreszeit

Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Ich bin schwerbehindert und habe eine ausgeprägte Wirbelsäulendeformation, aber die Matratze hat mich wirklich positiv überrascht, ich habe sehr gut geschlafen. Die Sauna und den Whirlpool haben wir auch nutzen können, denn das Wetter ist an der See mal so, mal so und wenn es an einem Tag kühler war, hat man auch im Sommer Spaß daran. Auf dem Balkon mit herrlichem Seeblick haben wir abends gegrillt (so viel schöner, als in einem überfüllten Restaurant zu sitzen). Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet (vom Föhn, über Toilettenpapier, Kerzen, Backpapier und Brettspielen, es ist alles vorhanden). Wir kommen hoffentlich bald zurück.

Tolle Lage mit viel Komfort

Für uns war der Urlaub perfekt. Tolle Lage mit Blick auf die Ostsee. Wir haben den Sonnenaufgang und Sonnenuntergang genossen. Die Wohnung ist perfekt und wertig ausgestattet. Die Lage ist nicht überlaufen und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für ausgedehnte Radtouren.

Die Wohnung ist perfekt für eine Familie zum entspannen. Ob Whirlpool oder Sauna alles perfekt. Es war alles vorhanden was man brauchte. Leider ging das WLAN nach 3 Tage nicht mehr. Aber da wir eh nur unterwegs waren war das nicht so schlimm für uns. Wir kommen gerne wieder ... Familie mit 2 Kinder und 1 Hund. Lg

Besser geht kaum noch!

Diese Wohnung ist echt der Hammer. Wir waren in den Herbstferien dort und brauchten eigentlich kein gutes Wetter. Die Wohnung lädt einfach zum in ihr Verweilen ein. Geräumig, sauber und sehr gut und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ein Highlight ist der große Balkon, der zwar im Herbst nur eine Nebenrolle spielt, aber einen super Ausblick auf die Ostsee gewährt. Unsere Tochter hatte sich mit dem Sessel vor dem Panoramafenster einen Lieblingsplatz ausgesucht. Entspannt sitzen und den Blick auf die Ostsee genießen. Für Teenies natürlich mit Handy und dem freien W-LAN in der Wohnung kein Problem. Die Sauna wurde auch gerne genutzt um sich aufzuwärmen. Wenn es sich ergibt, kommen wir gerne wieder. Mal sehen. Ein kleines Manko gab es dennoch. Leider musste die Bosch-Tassimo Kaffeemaschine entkalkt werden. Die hierzu erforderliche Kapsel konnte ich leider nicht auftreiben und somit konnte ich diese Maschine nicht nutzen. Aber es gab ja noch eine normale Kaffeemaschine.
