Located on the outskirts of Kona City, it is off the main road providing calm, ocean-view relaxation from every module. Located just south of Royal Kona Resort, excellent dining at Huggo's or Don Beachcomber's is a two-minute walk away and some other restaurants are just a pleasant stroll away. The white sand of Honl's Beach is less than a quarter-mile south and the Kona Farmer's Market half a mile north.

The complex offers an elevator that provides convenient access for all. On the ocean side, you'll find a heated saltwater swimming pool and a grill on the south end of the complex. There are laundry machines available on each level.

Each unit includes designated parking, safe WIFI, Central Air Conditioning & cable TV. Both units, like Lanais, are non-smoking and Hale Kona Kai is non-smoking.
