Our stay was perfect! We enjoyed our family time in comfortable cabins and were able to cook our meals together. We highly recommend staying and enjoying the hot springs.
A wonderful weekend getaway in a very cute and clean cabin, complete with all the amenities! Just a short walk to the pools at Fairmont Hotsprings, too. Will definitely stay here again.
Perfect site location to add for our family trip, with others already staying at the condos at the resort. The listing is accurate, hostess very communicative and considerate, and a great unit overall. Would stay here again in the future!

Thank you,
Jennifer you are welcome back any time! Looking forward to meeting you on your next visit.

My family of four had a great stay at the chalet during my wife's reunion at the Fairmount Hot Springs resort. The resort was easy to walk to for the event and it was nice to have the extra room in the chalet compared to a hotel room. Roberta made checking in and out very easy and was an excellent host. The chalet had everything we needed. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a place to stay in the area.
Confirmed reservation and charged in March but upon arrival we were told they were sorry they didn't have a cabin for us - even thou they had communicated a few days prior to our stay. We had a large family gathering and ended up staying with others. Very dissapointing!

A mistake was made with your reservation, i did manage to accommodate your family, allowing two families in one cabin and i refunded the total amount you paid in March.

Paid too much
Check in was not simple. Very out dated. Only one A/C unit for entire place so upstairs did not cool down. Only one small cover on upstairs beds. Pillows were flat as pancakes and needed replaced. No bathmat so had to use towel. Misleading that you get to use Fairmont Hot Springs pool. You have access but pay the same as any non-staying guest pays. Also charged for pool towels as non-staying guest. Rate was too high for what we experienced.
Great stay by Fairmont Hot Springs with snow shoeing nearby up German Gulch and skiing at Discovery Ski Hill. Great hospitality! Roberta was so accommodating.

This was exactually what we were looking for. So much better than just a hotel room. Roberta was quick to fix our coffee pot and great to deal with. Will definitely stay again.

nice place but not actually dog friendly
we have a short haired pup that’s never been an issue anywhere but the owner called us to demand money for their hair on the sheets.
Any pet friendly place should be used normal dog hair amounts in my opinion.
it’s also right by a trailer park which can be loud

I just want to clarify the chalets are next to a RV park and the owner has always had a 10 pm quiet time. I have not had complaints about noise coming from there.
I am used to vacuuming normal amounts of pet hair from the carpets when i have pet guests.
