Seacrest Townhome #6 is a beautiful, two story townhome, that sits directly on the gulf. Each floor has a porch facing the gulf for that relaxing cup of coffee, watching the sunrise in the morning and that romantic sunset at night. This townhome is pet friendly, which means the whole family can come down to enjoy the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.

The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with sleeper sofa. While relaxing in the living room or cooking in the kitchen, open the curtains and you will have a spectacular view of the white sandy beaches and turquoise water. The second floor has a queen size bed in one bedroom that overlooks 30A, while the other has a king bed and a porch overlooking the beautiful ocean.

Seacrest Townhome is along 30A and tucked between Rosemary Beach and Seaside, which means that you have the luxury of walking or riding your bike to any of the charming shopping centers. You can relax on our gorgeous white sandy beaches during the day, and enjoy the nightlife and shopping in the evening.

**Please note: There is an additional non-refundable pet fee if you choose to bring your pet. Fee is to be charged after reservation confirmation.**

Perfect beachfront location

The private beach is what this place is all about. No mad rush to the beach at 6am to drop chairs and umbrellas for a 5x5 plot of sand like the public beaches. Here you can relax and know you always have your spot. The condo itself is nicely updated and clean. The patio off the master BR is incredible for sunny lounging and the downstairs patio great for a mix of sun/shade. Kitchen is very well stocked with utensils, etc but bring all your own seasonings. Overall great experience and would book it again.

Beautiful views, convenient to shops and grocery. Right on the beach. Well stocked kitchen. Nice quiet location. Great for family time. Fabulous Condo with breathtaking views!!

This condo was perfectly located just minutes from all of the popular locations! It was the best of all worlds in that we had a private beach, a yard and balconies to relax in, as well as incredibly kind owners and renters to engage with. It was beautifully renovated with all amenities right at our fingertips so basically all we had to do was show up and stock the fridge with what was needed!! With the beach being right out our door there was never a rush to get ready and pack for the beach. This made for an incredibly relaxing and enjoyable time!!! We will DEF be back!!
