New 2 Bedroom Beach Cottage! One block to Beach! By CrabDaddy's and Crab Trap!

**This house is a duplex. This listing is for the downstairs unit.**

Location! Location! Location! Newly Remodeled inside and out! This charming beach Cottage is situated on a very tranquil street lined with beautiful enchanting oak and palm trees, one block to the beach and the renown Crab Trap & Crabdaddys restaurants. It is a very short walk to the Myrtle Street beach and a short walk to the St. Simons Island Pier as well as the Old Coast Guard station and East Beach.

This cozy cottage has just been fully renovated and newly decorated as of December 2020! This listing is for the downstairs unit at this duplex. The kitchen has been overhauled and features quartz countertops and an Italian farm house sink. The kitchen is well equipped and has upgraded stainless appliances and nice bar with USB outlets for cell phone charging.

The living room features a brand new wall mounted 55" flat screen smart TV and ample seating for all. Outside of the living room is a patio for relaxing and hearing the ocean breeze.

The unit boasts two bedrooms with one king sized bed and the other being a queen with generous sized closets. In between the two bedrooms is a brand new full bathroom as well as a laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer and plenty of shelving space (both the washer and dryer are new as well).

The beach is just a short stroll down the street. Very easy walk even with children. There are 5 restaurants within easy walking distance.

Had a great 2 night stay in St. Simons at this property. It was clean and comfortable, was only a short walk to the beach, and only a couple min drive to downtown. Ryan responded quickly to every message. I would definitely stay here again!

Ryan was a great host. Easy and efficient communication regarding checkin and check out, and house rules. Super easy transaction! Top notch location to beach and town center. So many great options to eat out there, so the very basic cooking necessities ( salt pepper, spray oil gas grill) is probably enough for most. The place was very clean, beds and living room were comfortable after a day of walking and exploring. For our weekend getaway with an adult son, it was a perfect introduction to GA.

I LOVE this house! It is so peaceful and quiet!! It has beautiful decor with a quick walk to beach and the best restaurants on the island just steps away. Ryan the manager is the best! He was so helpful and nice.

Communication was easy, prompt and we appreciated flexibility. Kitchen was fine or our needs, no meals cooked in. Proximity to beach was as advertised and certainly convenient. Proximity to multiple restauants was great- 5 within 800 feet. Proximity to "the Village" or downtown was reasonable walking distance for us. The recommendations guide on the coffee table was very helpful. The lane we were on was quiet. We spent over a week. Well worth a repeat visit.

The property was fantastic for three of us. It is spotless, newly renovated and for us perfectly situated in town. You couldn’t ask for a better host. The pictures perfectly sum up the space and everything is comfortable inside. We had people in the unit above us and never heard them, so the insulation is decent.
