Bloss nicht buchen!!!!!

Kurz vor Ankuft stornierte der Besitzer plötzlich. Trotz vorheriger Bestätigung und ÜBerweisung des hohen Preises. Wir vermuten, dass er eine doppelte Buchung hatte. So standen wir auf einmal ohne eine Unterkunft da. Der Vermieter sagte dann am Telefon, dass er das nun auch nicht mehr ändern könne und wir uns halt nach etwas anderem umsehen sollten. Was in der Hochsaison natürlich unmöglich ist. Zudem waren wir schon vor Ort. Eine Katastrophe.

Le descriptif de l'annonce précisait clairement que la location était uniquement à la semaine du samedi au samedi; vous avez réservé la location le jeudi à 23h30 pour une arrivée le lendemain vendredi à 16h00 et nous n'étions malheureusement pas en mesure de vous accueillir ce jour là; bien évidemment, nous regrettons vivement ce contre-temps mais comme le permettait le site Abritel, nous avons du annuler votre réservation et nous ne comprenons pas que, tenant compte du délai extrêmement court entre votre réservation et votre venue (moins de 24H) et de la périodicité de la location indiquée dans le descriptif, vous ne nous ayez pas appelés avant de prendre la route ce qui vous aurez évité bien des désagréments.
