Welcome to our condo! This little gem is situated on the outskirts of Courtenay BC on Vancouver Island.
Come and enjoy the amazing ocean views from the seaside balcony and fall asleep while listening to the waves outside your bedroom window!

This cozy space is located on the second floor of the building, accessible by one flight of stairs, and can accommodate four guests. It is perfect for individuals, couples and small children. It has one bedroom with a comfy queen bed and a sofa bed in the living room. Extra bedding is provided.
It has a fully stocked kitchen and includes extras like coffee pods, tea, sugar, spices, oil etc for your convenience.
Anything else you may need, we’ll do our best to accommodate!

So many amazing things to enjoy, in and around the area... beach fires(wood can be provided) paddle boarding and kayaking right off the beach, visiting the local wineries, beaches and trails and a quick drive(38 minutes from the condo to the top of the mountain) up to Mt Washington.
You will have access to Netflix, Prime and Disney+ for your entertainment. The condo is also equipped with its own wireless wifi router, (as the community wifi in the complex is quite weak) to ensure excellent connection for all your electronic needs.

Guests will be provided with entry code for self check in on the day of their arrival.

Beautiful, quiet place. Fantastic view of the ocean. See seals bobbing their heads in the water and at night hear the whales breathing through their blow holes. What a treat! Place was a little smaller than I thought but it met our needs . I would recommend it. Sitting on balcony and taking in the ocean air and sights was wonderful. Thank you Amber!

Property is as described the ocean view was exactly what we were looking for. The place was clean and well decorated. The queen bed was comfortable in the bedroom but to be honest if you require a second bed the sofa bed was not. We were visiting friends in the area so the property was perfect for our needs I would definitely recommend this property to a couple.

A peaceful refuge just a few feet from the water. You can hear the waves lapping on the shore through the balcony door & bedroom window. Great views of the water and beach from balcony. Comfortable bed. We even enjoyed the 15-20 min drive through the countryside to Comox or Courtenay for supper where there are a number of decent restaurants. Amber is an excellent host!

Being right by the beach was wonderful. The water was occasionally conducive for paddleboarding (depending on wind conditions), and there was a good amount of marine life during low tides that our kids loved to observe. The condo, though compact, was well-supplied and organized. One thing to note is that the futon is probably more conducive for one person, as it leans to the middle. Amber was a very responsive host and we had an enjoyable stay.

Condo was spotless, well stocked with quality kitchenware and a keurig with coffee pods supplied. Everything needed for easy eating in. Direct view of the Georgia Strait from the living room, deck, and bedroom was a delight watching seals feed and ships passing. Very quiet rural location made for a peaceful and relaxing stay. A short 15 minute drive to town for restaurants, groceries, etc. An ideal final stay at the end of our 2 week road trip around Vancouver Island.

Great little place! It seems recently updated and was very clean and comfortable. The proximity to the beach was fantastic and it was so quiet in the neighborhood that we could hear the waves and seals barking. Great views from the living room/balcony. FYI - No dishwasher. I had missed that detail in my review of the listing.

The view and quietness with the sound of waves and wildlife was amazing. We spent two days investigating the waters and beach with our grandchildren. We saw things we have never seen before even though we have grown up by the ocean. I have unbelievable pictures but they don't come close to what we actually saw. The sunrise breath taking. The kitchen was great, I made stuffing and the fixings for Easter turkey dinner. Thank you again for the fantastic stay! See you again soon :)

The suite was very well equipped, the kitchen had everything we needed. The view is gorgeous and we loved the area. The bed was very comfortable and we had a very relaxed time there. The only thing that was a little disappointing were the stairs to get to the suite. Our old knees don’t like that. I didn’t see that mentioned in the ad. Overall very lovely.
