Shoreline Towers 2076 (sleeps 7) Beach Setup Included (March 1-October 31)

** The HOA has scheduled a building walkway restoration project from September 14. 2026- Spring 2027, weather permitting. Guests staying at Shoreline Towers may experience temporary disruptions, including construction noise, dust and debris, heavy equipment and contractors on site, and the closure or restricted access to some common areas and walkways. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. **

This unit has panoramic views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. You can sit out on your open balcony and watch the dolphins play while enjoying your morning coffee. In the evenings spectacular sunsets while relaxing with your favorite beverage.

Unit 2076 is in tower 2 on the 7th floor, has two kings and one queen bed and the unit has 1 twin roll away bed in second king bedroom closet. There is a walk-in shower in the master bathroom and bathtub/shower combination in the guest bathroom. A washer and dryer is located in the unit for the guests convenience. Complimentary parking for 2 vehicles, 24-hour on-site security.
Located in the Heart of Destin and near restaurants, water parks, shopping and more come and enjoy this vacation rental.

(March 1 - October 31) - Sunset Beach Service, Inc nightly & weekly rental rates include beach setup (2 chairs/1 umbrella)

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.

100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.

The ocean view from this condo was beautiful! The access was easy to get into the condo and the instructions from the host were very helpful. There was a washer and dryer which helped with wet/dirty clothes.

We had the BEST time!! We had a small issue and it was promptly handled by staff. Communication was great. Room looked just like the pics and the view from the balcony was amazing! We watched dolphins and other marine life multiple times from the balcony. Would definitely stay here again!
